Until Last Minute 🌸

It's finally summer holidays for Jeongin, who couldn't wait to relax at the family camp which his friends since forever are attending too. Love sometimes comes at the last minute.

- Hi, what's up Jeongin ? » a blond and familiar freckled boy welcomed him when he reached the younger on the parking lot.

- Hey what's up Felix ? Long time no see ! » greeted the other boy with a genuine smile.

- Yeah, good to be back! » he said while waving to Jeongin's parents, who were unloading the car after the seven hours long ride.

- Is Jisung there already ? » asked the younger eagerly.

- No, I think him and his family are coming later, but Minho and Chan are already playing ping ping in the hall. Let's go join them !

- Alright I'm coming, let me just put my luggage in my room and I'm there !

Summer holidays. 

Fucking finally !

Jeongin had been waiting for them all year long. It was the only thought that helped him get through his long work hours, the only thought that kept him sane, the only thought that made him rejoice. He only had a week but he intended to have a blast during this time.

Like every year, he had joined the summer family camp again. His parents were involved in an organization which offered to spend this week of holiday together with their family and the other members.

To say all the kids knew each other was an understatement. Over the years they had come to form a very close bond : each time they met again was as if they had never been appart for a whole year at all.

Chan handed Jeongin a paddle as music was already blasting from Changbin's speaker, the dark boy setting himself as the dj like he always did. The ping-pong ball's sound echoed over the music while the boys played without actual rules. They were essentially here to have fun.

- Who wants to go to the sea after dinner ? » asked Felix already excited at the idea.

- Wait, the sea ? » exclaimed a surprised Jeongin.

- Yeah, it's like, just down the road. You go straight down and it's there. » explained Chan.

- But I didn't even see it, I didn't know we were that close ! 

- We can't see it from here because of the houses and the trees but did you know if you go to the second floor, you'll actually have a beautiful view ? » continued the australian.

- I'm down to go after dinner, hell yeah ! » exclaimed Jeongin after a good smash, the ball bouncing and rolling through the door into the second room.

After regaining the plastic ball, Felix said :

- The location they found this year is pretty awesome, don't you think ? It's a tiny coastal village, not too far from the city but also like right next to the sea !

- It's a bit chilly though, » complained Minho. « and it's supposed to rain a lot during the week. »

- Yeah, that's the only downside, you can't expect blue skies every day in a northern region. » answered Chan.

- I don't like the sun anyways, » added Changbin, making everyone laugh. Changbin not understanding right away but then smiling at them when it hit him.

- You don't ever change, do you ? » teased Felix with a smile.

- Nah, only boring people do.

- That is NOT the saying.
