Lily takes her ribbon with a thank you, eyes still locked with Draco's, face flushed with nerves. She tries to get a hold of herself but she is confused, his eyes are captivating, one a pale blue and the other a dull grey. They look so similar but the subtle difference is there. Had she not been so close she wouldn't have noticed. Suddenly he holds his hand out.

"Hello, my name is Draco Malfoy," He introduces himself with practiced ease. "It is a pleasure to meet you."

Lily takes his hand and they shake. "Hi! I'm Lily-Kathryn Potter but everyone just calls me Kathryn or Kathy." As Draco's face falls from excitement, she looks on confused.

"Potter," Draco asks as she nods. "Any relation to Harry Potter?"

"Mmhm! He's my big brother, do you know him?" She looks around the station, unaware of Draco's look of indignant outrage. "I haven't seen him in a few weeks and I am trying to find him. Though it is difficult in this large crowd."

"Know him?!?!?!" He hasn't told you anything about me!? We are arch enemies and he hasn't told you anything?" he scoffs. " I am insulted, " He suddenly turns to his parents. "Are you hearing this? He hasn't told her about me at all. I put forth great effort, impeccable style, and unparalleled cunning," he exclaimed, his voice rising with each word. "Yet, what do I get in return? Disregard, dismissal, and a complete lack of appreciation!" He sighs, getting ahold of himself, "Potter, he struts around like he's the savior of the wizarding world, completely oblivious to the rival he should be honored to have. How dare he overlook my prowess, my cunning strategies, and my undeniable influence? I deserve recognition! I deserve respect! Is it too much to ask for Potter to acknowledge the lengths I've gone to make his life interesting, to challenge him, and to show him my superiority? He hasn't told you anything? Not even when ... after all I've... are you kidding me!"

Lily didn't know whether to laugh at his parent's expressions or be upset that he is nemeses with her brother. "I'm sorry," She apologizes looking down. "We haven't been talking much since he went off to Hogwarts. I was looking for him when you came over. He ran away over the summer with all of these read-headed boys and we haven't talked since."

"That would be the Weasley family you speak of." A tall, long-haired, blonde man behind Draco sneers, he holds his hand out to her. "Good morning, I am Draco's father, Lucious Malfoy, this is my wife Narcissa."

Shaking his hand Lily-Kathryn smiles brightly, "Pleasure to meet you!"

"You are so precious, I hope you and Draco become good friends. Let me know if he ever bothers you, and I'll deal with it." Narcissa says, holding onto Lily's hands. The train whistles, "You both better get going before you are late." Narcissa pulls Draco into a hug and kisses him all over his face as he whines and tries to run away.

"Muuuuummmm!! Stoooppp, you're so embarrassing!" Draco tries to push her hands away but she holds on tight, red lipstick covers his cheek. Narcissa wipes it away with her handkerchief. Lily-Kathryn giggles at the scene.

Draco turns to his father, holding out a hand. "Goodbye father, I will work harder this year. There is no way that Granger will beat me for head of class." Mr. Malfoy looks down at his son's hand before handing off his cane to his wife.

"Draco, I just want you to do one thing for me." He stands up tall, looking down at his son. At Draco's nod Lucius moves forward quickly. He stoops down and scoops Draco up in his arms swinging him around. Draco guffaw's loudly as Lucius grabs his legs with one arm and his torso with the other. He picks him up above his head and swings him in a circle, dipping and turning him, their boisterous laughter fills the air. The train whistle bellows once more and Draco is set down. His hair is a bit disheveled but the gel does a good job at staying. "Just have some fun, son. Make a few more friends, not just Crabbe and Goyle, I don't like the look of those two."
