No One's P.O.V"Hey Mira, can I have a strawberry milkshake, please—"
Lucy was abruptly cut off by a blue cat and a pink-haired mage hugging her tightly. "Luce/Lushii! You had us worried! You went on a mission alone; you could've gotten hurt!" they said together. Just then, a loud *bam* came from the other side of the counter. Everyone turned to look, only to see Mira with a bloody nose, her perverted mind going elsewhere mumbling something about pink-haired babies with brown eyes running around the guild. Natsu looked clueless as to what happened, while Lucy remained unfazed. She simply took the milkshake Mira had put on the counter before she fainted. Everyone watched Lucy, waiting for a reaction, but she gave none.
Lucy looked up from her milkshake and addressed the guild, "What?"
Everyone in the guild sweat-dropped at her nonchalant attitude but said nothing and turned away.
Lucy P.O.V
Everyone went back to what they were doing, but Mira was still on the ground. I got an idea. I looked up at the second floor, and there he was.
"Hey, Sparky! Come and pick up your girl and carry her to the infirmary!" I yelled.
Laxus turned 100 shades of pink and yelled back, "Stupid blondie, she is not my girlfriend!"
I smirked and replied, "whatever you say, Sparky. But remember i remember alot of things, even when I'm drunk."
He turned a shade of red that could contest Erza's hair and then came down to carry Mira to the infirmary, grumbling all the while. I smiled victoriously. Just then, Cana grabbed my arm, dragging me into a drinking battle, which I won with flying colors. For the first time since I got here, I laughed heartily. I felt everyone's eyes on me as they all said together, "CUTE!"
I blushed, and they said again, "Awww!"
I felt like I was home. So, I made up my mind. I would stay here and enjoy it to the fullest.
New Beginnings in Fairy Tail: A New Chapter for the Wolf Sin of Disaster
Life in the Fairy Tail guild was turning out to be more than I ever expected. From the camaraderie to the relentless teasing, it all made me feel alive in a way I hadn't felt in years. Meliodas's promise echoed in my mind, but for now, I allowed myself to live in the moment.
Over the next few days, I settled into the routine of guild life. Missions, training, and the constant banter kept my mind occupied. I found solace in the chaos, knowing that Meliodas would eventually find me here.
One evening, as the sun set over Magnolia, I found myself sitting on the guild’s rooftop, watching the stars. It reminded me of the countless nights Meliodas and I had spent under the same sky, planning our next move or just talking about our dreams. I missed him dearly, but I knew he would want me to be happy.
Back inside, the guild was as lively as ever. Natsu and Gray were bickering, Erza was polishing her armor, and Happy was trying to steal fish from the kitchen. I couldn't help but smile at the scene.
Just then, Levy approached me with a book in her hands. "Hey, Lucy! I found something interesting about celestial magic. Want to take a look?"
"Sure, Levy," I said, grateful for the distraction. We spent the next few hours poring over ancient texts and discussing new spells.
As the night wore on, the guild members started to wind down. Some headed home, while others, like me, stayed to enjoy the company. I glanced around the room, feeling a warmth in my chest. These people, this place—it was more than just a guild. It was a family.
And so, with renewed determination, I embraced my new life in Fairy Tail. I would keep my past close to my heart, but I would also forge new memories and friendships. For the first time in a long while, I felt at peace, knowing that I had found a place where I truly belonged.
