Ava's POV chap 2 draft 1

Chris.I walked up the path of shame as i scanned the room for open seats with Tina's teasing and laughing ringing in my ears, I finally settled down to an empty seat next to Chris , what coincidence isn't it? He seemed to be scribbling on a scrap of paper when I sat down but he was probably nervous or finding something else to do, anyways, I proceeded to do my stuff as the boring maths class continued until someone tugged the end of my jacket I turned to Chris as he pushed a piece of folded piece of paper , expecting this to be another of Tina's daily reminder of how terrible my life is and why i should end it, but this was a different letter it didn't have her signature heart symbol at the bottom right corner, maybe she forgot to put her sign today or something, i sighed and opened it, surprisingly it said from : Chris at the top of the page, as i carefully read on, trying not to show that i'm actually glad just in case Tina forged to be Chris ;

I couldn't help but smile and write back, "Its Ava, and don't worry I'm used to it" throughout entire lesson we were just passing letters and learning more about each other without making sounds except for some giggling and chuckling, he seemed like a nice guy, I can't believed maths lesson has passed, it felt like it was only minutes 'talking' to Chris, each time we swapped turns to write, i always got excited for his reply, the excessive pounding in my heart, it felt like i haven't met such a nice person for centuries as the next teacher entered I realised it was Biology! Oh gosh, i can't express my love for Biology! Mostly because it was because of my favorite teacher. We had started on a new chapter, Marine Creatures, I WAS so excited until i realised we were going to dissect a fish, I can't do this, The smell of dead fishes already makes me feel faint, I could literally feel the blood drain from my face, apparently Chris sensed that I couldn't do it, so he did the whole thing for me. After that we went to break together, the fans in the cafeteria just got winded up so it was still warm for me and I was stupid enough to roll up my sleeves and reveal the tattoo-like birthmark which had quite a bright color to attract attention easily Chris looked over and asked me about my mark but I quickly changed the subject. I found out that he loved the oceans too, Ohh this was going great, talking to him made me feel numb and invincible to the emotional problems, I felt a cold air....no....water, all over me and seeing Chris look behind me in anger and frustration, I turned to see Tina with her girls pointing and laughing at me, oh great, what a surprise Tina, i felt the water drip from my hair and face as a drip of water found its way to my tongue, that tasted salty, wait was that salt water she splashed over me? Who the heck even drinks salt water? I jumped and rushed to the bathroom(thank god no one there) and in
