C13- The Truth

TAEHYUNG POV

" Let's break up "

My hands is trembling.
I get overwhelmed with my thoughts, I don't know if this is a right decision.

I can see her trying not to cry.

I'm too feeble to tell her.

I had knee replacement surgery, my one knee was damaged caused by an accident.
when I was a child, I had an accident and one of my knees was severely affected.
I was traumatized because of it, I thought maybe it was because of my knee thats why people were leaving me.

I wanna live and grow with her
without feeling even a small percent of pain from my knees.
I want to be with her with my full strength, to help and accompany her even in her darkest points.

I had my surgery in US, I finished my last year there, with the help of my parents.

It took so much time to be fully recovered.

Jimin updates me everything about her.
In her ups and downs, I was there cheering for her, secretly.

Missing you is the hardest thing I've got to deal with everyday, Tzuyu.

I hope she'll still accept me.
I will do everything so we'll be back at each others arms again, anyway.

"Dude, she's here", Jimin patted me.

I'm getting nervous. I'll be seeing her now, again.

"Taehyung, I'm glad you're fully recovered. You should be thankful she didn't had one. I'm confident! She's still into you, Taehyung-a. Kyaahh... " Jimin teasing me. I laughed at his statement while having shots.

My smile faded when my eyes met hers. The face I miss the most.

She walked away after letting me read her mixed emotions.

"Why are you sorry? It's a proper goodbye so why are you sorry", she said and gave me a smile.

She changed a lot. She used to be like a mysterious one and intimidating, but now, I bet she let's her walls down.

I liked her like that.

I saw her wiping her suit. It was stained. She can't go around with that so I let her borrow my sisters suit.

She's so cute when she looks at me and gulped. I was more shocked when she said my girlfriend might know about it.

TZUYU POV
I arrived at the park. I saw Taehyung sitting there so I made my way to him.
I cleared my throat to let him know that I'm here.

He patted the the space of the bench, signaling me to sit. I sitted leaving small distance.

"So, why did you call me? ", I asked to start the conversation.

"Do you.... hate me? ", I turned my face a bit to him and quickly turned away.

I can see his thumbs having a war so I thought that he is nervous.

"Why would I? ", I responded after a long silence. 

"You believed it? ", he asked.

"Yes", I said.  " but... Somethings telling me, I should not", I added. I can see him having a smile.

"I had a knee replacement surgery... ", He said after a long silence, I quickly turned my head to him. He had... What?!

"A knee replacement... Why? ", I asked, he didn't told me about this, before.

"My knees are weak, caused by an accident. I'm sorry, if I didn't tell you about it. I'm just... I'm too feeble", he explained.

"I cant believe you", I said while having a bitter smile.  "So, what exactly is your point? ", I added a question.

"It's the first question. ", he said.

"No I don't, but I hated you for not telling me the truth", I said.

"I lied. I'm sorry I was overwhelmed with my own thoughts, afraid you might... leave me too. I taked this chance to tell you, everything ", he explained. So he's saying, he didn't trust me??

"But I told you, I'm different from others! So all those times, your trust in me was not sturdy enough!", I said with my tears rolling down while facing him.

"I just want to be with you with my full strength. I'm sorry, Tzuyu", he said while he bit his lower lip trying to hold his tears, but his eyes, they're wet.

I'm in my bed, flashing back the scene from earlier until I fell asleep.

It's been a week. We hadn't seen each other for awhile.

Today is his sister's day, so I ready myself. I'll bring Momo and Chaeyoung.

I'll be seeing him, today.

"Tzuyu, you must introduce us to her!", Chaeyoung getting excited.

"I know! ", I said so she'll stop.

"Taehyung will be there too? ", Momo said. Does she have to repeat it?

I ignored her.
We're on our way to their house.
I wore a pushya Pink dress and a white heels with my hair untied.

We entered in their house and I can already hear the loud musics.

I can see Jimin accompanying Dahyun.

Dahyun runned to us and hugged me.

"Thanks you arrived! ", she said after breaking the hug.

"Ah! Dahyun, this is my friends Momo and Chaeyoung", I introduced them to her and now they're talking while I'm now talking with Jimin.

"You looked so good with your simple dress, Tzuyu! ", Jimin complimented me so I thanked him.

We entered in the main venue.
Theres a lot of people. But it's not that crowded. Just right.

We sitted in our table.
Momo and Chaeyoung is already eating while I aim my attention in their wines.

I wondered my head after tasting.

My eyes glued at Taehyung.
He looked so good in his suit and I can see his forehead.
His one hand is on his pocket and the other one holding a glass of wine, while talking.

I turned away, he might caught me.

He looked so good.
I'm happy for him, albeit I get emotional in his journey with his knee.
