The angel was once again watching dean down another beer. Ever since he has gotten the mark he had been shutting himself off from the world more then ever before. Just watching this made his heart ache all he wanted to do was hold him close and tell him it would all be ok but he knew it would'nt and that hurt him more.
After awhile of sitting there watching dean he decided to getup and go over to him. Deans eyes watched cas approach and as the angel sat next to him he flinched away slightly looking forward when he felt a hand in his shoulder softly. " dean I'm here for you no matter what and I won't ever leave you, you know that right ?" He asked in a assuring and comforting way.
Dean shifted so he could look at the blue eyed angel." Cas ....... Please don't get to comfortable around me I may hurt you I don't even trust myself ." He averted his gaze back to the floor when he felt a hand on his cheek slowly guiding his gaze to look into cas's eyes the eyes he at one time Sought love and comfort in but now can only fear getting to lost in. In fear of hurting him in a fit of rage, in fear of loosing the one he loves so
He wanted so bad to just hold him but he knew at this moment Dean wouldn't let him "Dean I could get rid of the mark" he looked deep in his green apple eyes witch had joy deep down in them.
He looked deep in the Angels eyes with hope for the first time since that day " it won't kill you will unit cas " he couldn't live with himself if he were the reason for cas's death.
"No Dean it won't do you want me to " he smiled softly at the human who was finally smiling again.
"Please cas get rid of this thing" he watched cas move closer and take his hand
Cas focused the last of his grace on the mark and after a few moments of pain the mark was off of Dean "t-there you go Dean" he forced a smile
Dean looked at cas's arm and his eyes widened when he seen the very thing he had just gotten rid of " cas what did you do I didn't want you to take the damn thing " he embraced cas in a hug saddened by cas's action.
He hugged Dean back softly " Dean I did this because I love you so it's fine"
