Chapter 2

                                                         Nico's POV:

We are on a quest to find two new half-bloods at this school and right now it's lunch where we would most likely find them. Val and Clara are giving us a tour of the school and now we're in math class. "So who has the answer for question 17?" the math teacher asked. I forget her name though, of course I had no idea of what we were doing. The problems were so hard and I couldn't follow along at all. I looked over and saw that Val was on her phone listening to music. "Ms. Green" the teacher called out "Ms. Green" she called that out about two more times until she finally just walked over to her and pulled out her earbud "Mrs. Smear" Val said smiling "Ms. Green please answer problem 17" she said and Val looked untouched "84^1 × 854.009 ÷ 63% + 1(8.9 ÷ 19)=113868.335088" she said and Mrs. Smear's mouth dropped "Mrs. Smear you got a little drool there" Val said pointing at her mouth being cocky and sarcastic but at the same time looking innocent "how about you show us what you did on the board" Mrs. Smear asked everyone snicker thinking that she couldn't solve it but she smiled and walked up to the board "then you carry the 0.1 and..." Val droned on and explained it and wrote it on the board and I'm guessing that she did it perfectly because everyone was silent "that is...correct" the teacher said, clearly sad than the bell rang. "Class dismissed" as I walked out Val came running after me "Nico"she called and everyone stared at her "hey" I said "you okay you don't sound so good?" she asked "I'm fine but that math is so hard" I said and she looked at me questioning and then she slapped her forehead "of course I forgot to tell you" "tell me what?" I asked her "here the classes are really advanced so we were just doing college math that's why you didn't understand it" she said and my eyes widened "are all the classes college level "no but our next class is college level it's my favorite class even though it has my least favorite person in it" she said trailing off "what class is it?" I asked "it's mythology right now we're in the unit of greek mythology our last unit was roman mythology" she said. "Can anyone tell me what Hades is the god of... Carrie how about you" Mr. Neron said we were in mythology class and he called on someone it turns out that all of the seven were in this class together and I was staring at Will he was so beautiful his hair shines like gold his tan skin made him look well sun kissed and his ocean blue eyes were sparkling and they made him look amazing, "umm Hades is the god of the underworld and death" the girl Carrie said "no Hades is god and king of the underworld but Thanatos is the god of death not Hades" Val, some Blonde girl and I said at the same time the blonde girl and Val glared at each other than the bell rang and the class ended. A while later it was time for lunch so all of the Ravens walked to the cafeteria and when I was talking to Val a guys walked up and put an arm on Val's shoulder "hey babe" he said but she almost immediately took it of and said "get your arm off me Mike I'm not your babe, by the way don't you already have a girlfriend?" "come on we all know by the end of the year you'll be in my arms" he said smirking and than he tried to kiss her! "Get away from me!" she said punching him in the gut. "So we can sit with you guys right?" Frank asked "of course" Val said, as we followed them to a table I saw Will and all of the other Eagles plus the two girls that were leading them one of them had brown crimped hair that actually looked great she was wearing a short skirt and a white crop top that was the uniform but I wondered why Cara and Val weren't wearing them and the other girl was the blonde girl from mythology class. I waved my hand to them to show them that they could sit with us once we sat down. The others came and sat at the table and I started talking to Will when Val asked "who invited them?" " I did" I said "probably because he realised how cool we are'' brunette girl said " I'm Lindsey and this is Bree'' the blonde girl said pointing at herself and the the brunette girl "why are you so angry are you going to kill him like you killed that other guy Murderer" Bree said to Val ''I didn't kill anyone Daddy's girl" Val said but she was looking like she wanted to kill Bree and Lindsey "okay does anyone else realise that they hate each other'' Thalia asked and than Percy made a noise that sounded like "ohhhhhhhh" and then he asked Val and Clara what their names were and they responded being nice."don't get too close to her or you'll get sick" Lindsey said to everyone while motioning to Val "oh fine orphan" Val said "okay stop fighting right now" Will said " be back in a minute" Val said. Than everything went dark and a light shined on Val and she was on top of a table in the middle and music started to play and she started to sing while looking straight at Mike (the song is Toy by Netta Barzilai)
