After zero puts on the blindfold I lead her to a little Meadow full is lavender and other flowers. She whines "when can I see again?" She asks me as I smile and I stand in front of her, "how about now?" She smile and eagerly takes her blindfold off and she looks around.
Zeros pov I look around and I see the most beautiful place I have ever ever seen. It was a meadow full of the most healthiest and beautiful flowers I've ever seen. I look up and I see floral arches above. I smile to myself and I look down, looking at a picnic that was set out.

Deaths POV I nod and smile "Yes I did. Just for your birthday." Zero looks at me and she smiles with Glee and utter happiness. She runs to me and hugs me "Thank you!!" I chuckle lightly and I smile at her, hugging her back "No problem." She quickly let's go of me and she sits down on the blanket I set out.
I walk over and I sit in my spot. "I never thought someone would ever do this for me" she said in disbelief shaking her head slightly. "Really? How so?" She looks at me and she explains "Well when I was little and was still in heaven we never really celebrated things.. meaning we never celebrated my birthday or my parents birthday." My smile drops a little, "Oh.. I'm sorry to hear that." "Nono it's okay. Don't worry about it." She leans forward to me shaking her hands. I smile. "Okay! Enough with the sad stuff. Time to celebrate!" I look at her and I smile.
She smiles at me and giggles, "okay."
Me and her sit there and enjoy our time, us both laughing and joking around. This is the most I have laughed and or smiled in ages... why is she making me feel this way?
"Hey you okay?" I hear her call out to me grabbing me from my thoughts, "yea I'm okay don't worry about me silly." I smile and I mess with her hair "hey" she giggles out and she jumps on me "Take this! "she yells ad she tries to tickle my sides while I'm tickling hers. it turns into a tickle fight.
*Time skip: Hours later. The sun it setting.*
"Okay so you mean that, she told you to shut up even though she was the only one talking?" Zero laughs out as I nod "Yep she told me that even though she was the only one with her mouth open talking shit." We both laugh, "I swear-" "Oh that's not good you should swear shortie" "Shush!" she yells at me giggling while I'm chuckling a storm."Anyways." She continues "people these days just don't understand people like us..." she looks at me and smiles "I don't think they ever will, we are forced into hiding and for what?"
she frown slightly "we have done nothing wrong.."I frown and I hug her while still laying down, "Don't worry Zero, times do change just remember that. Sooner or later they will treat us like equals." I give her a trust worthy smile and she smiles in return, "your right Death, things will change." "Please.. Call me Maxine." she looks at me and raises a eyebrow "What?" "That's my real name.. Maxine.."she smiles and she nods, taking note of it.
"okay Maxine" she smiles causing me to smile.
Me and her lean back and we look out at the sun while it sets further down, becoming the night. "So beautiful..."
