Y/N was in hogsmeade looking for an outfit to the yule ball. They couldn't decide did they want a dress or a suit. Y/N decided to buy a dress. They bought a beautiful purple dress with long sleeves and short hem. It had small silver stars on the sleeves.
It was the night of the yule ball. Y/N hadn't put much makeup, just some eyeliner and mascara. Y/N had a glamorous skin so they didn't need anything else.
Y/N took the steps down and everyone looked at them in misbelieve. Oliver looked at them so proudly that they were his date. "They look heavenly!" "Yeah I know right! Extremely charming." Y/N heard people whisper. "You look stunning." Oliver admitted. Oliver was right. Y/N looked absolutely magnificent in that dress. "May I?" Oliver asked and hold his hand for Y/N to take. Y/N took his hand and Oliver kissed it lightly. Y/N blushed a bit.
They danced until Oliver had to go to drink.
Y/N was waiting for him to come back when Fred came. "May I take this dance?" Fred asked Y/N. "Sure." Y/N said. Fred and Y/N slow danced with the music. Y/N wasn't really sure if it was a good idea. Then suddenly just when Oliver came back Fred kissed Y/N. Y/N tried to push him away but it didn't work. They saw how Oliver started tearing up and left to his dorm. "Oliver!" Y/N yelled when Fred let go. "I have to go." Y/N told Fred and started running to Oliver.
Y/N found Oliver crying in his dorm Percy comforting him. "Oliver I-" Y/N started. "Go away. He doesn't need someone like you right now." Percy said. "But I-" Y/N tried to say. "GO AWAY!" Percy yelled. Y/N looked at Oliver sobbing and they started to tear up. "I'm gonna go then if you won't even let me explain myself. I didn't kiss him. He kissed me. I tried to push him away." Y/N said tears falling down their cheeks. Y/N turned around and walked to their dorm.
Y/N cried in their dorm. Why would Fred do this to them? Why wouldn't Percy let them explain themselves to Oliver?
Month passed and Oliver didn't talk to Y/N anymore. Y/N was so sorrowful. They barely talked in practices either. Fred had also left them. Now Y/N had no one. And then was Valentine's Day.
Y/N walked to their dorm thinking about homework. They sat on their bed and then Y/N saw a card on top of their drawer. Y/N looked at it confused and opened it. "Fred told me what happened. I'm sorry. Meet me on the lake. -Oliver Wood" Y/N read out loud. Y/N's heart skipped a few beats. Oliver wanted to meet them?
Y/N put on a scarf and left to the lake. Valentines was a holiday so they had no school. "Y/N!" Oliver yelled soon as he saw them. "Hello Oliver." Y/N greeted. "I'm so glad you came." Oliver said and pulled Y/N to a hug with him. Y/N hugged back. "I missed you." Oliver whispered to Y/N's ear. "I missed you too." Y/N whispered smiling. As soon as they left the hug Oliver pulled Y/N to a deep kiss. They were so shocked but kissed back. Everything happened so fast. Then Oliver broke the kiss. "I'm so sorry! I'm gonna go." Oliver said and ran away. "Oliver!" Y/N screamed but Oliver didn't stop running.

Oliver avoided Y/N the whole next day. He even canceled practice which was totally not like him. He would choose quidditch over his family. At the lunch table Y/N didn't see Oliver anywhere. "Hey Percy where is Oliver?" Y/N asked. "I think he is in our dorm." Percy answered. Y/N ate fast and left the great hall. They ran to Oliver's and Percy's dorm and knocked on the door. "Oliver? You missed lunch. I'm worried." Y/N sounded really worried. Y/N opened the door.
