Spider bite heart on sight

Peter was going to a field trip to a science museum and Loki offered to chaperone, and surprisingly Tony stood up for her when the parents started complaining of course they didn't wanna make THE Tony Stark mad so they agreed

There were two reasons Loki offered to Chaperone one she wanted to make her public image more friendly and two to keep an eye on Peter and MJ

Peter and MJ got together two weeks ago and Loki has never been more protective, Loki went through heartbreak before and she doesn't want Peter to go through it either

Peter and MJ wanted to go up to the insect and reptile cages and Loki wasn't gonna leave them alone so she said she'll keep an eye on them so they don't get lost

While Peter and MJ were exploring the cages Loki noticed snake was in one of the reptile cages she felt bad for the snake, the snake was emerald green  and it was titled 'smooth green snake'

She turned around to see Peter at the spider cage looking at the spiders that were titled 'radioactive spiders' and mumbling about how he heard about it in school while MJ watched him speak a genuine smile on her face and that's when Loki recognised that look

Love, MJ actually loved Peter she wasn't playing him..Loki was wrong this wasn't a mind game to break Peter's heart

Loki had an ex..Fandral, they both had an amazing relationship Loki thought they were in love but out of nowhere there Fandral was cheating on Loki

Loki cried for days she felt numb to any love that anyone tried to give her, the awkward thing is Loki and Fandral were both in the same friend group so there breakup also had a effect on the group

It was one of the most heartbreaking experiences of Loki's long life and seeing someone actually treat Peter nicely was kind of a refreshing..maybe love isn't a lie

"Ow" Peter flinched as he suddenly felt something from the back of his neck Loki's attention was fully on Peter and she ran to him

"What happened" both MJ and Loki asked at the same time

"I don't know i just felt this pain on the back of my neck" Peter regretted saying that as he saw the worry wash up on Loki's face "but i'm fine probably isn't that big of a deal"

Loki didn't get to say anything as the teacher said its time to go, before Loki had to go back to the base he asked if he could talk to MJ

"Listen" they started "i care a lot about Peter he's a sweet kid he's done nothing wrong in his entire life but he's been through it he saw his own uncle die right in front of him he had to experience the fear of maybe not seeing his only parent ever again, and i don't want him to feel any heartbreak after what already happened to him"

MJ stood there not getting what Loki was trying to say and Loki took a deep breath

"Look what i'm trying to say is, take care of Peter" he said with the most genuine look "i don't want him to have to go through the heartbreak i experienced in my last relationship so just take care of him"

They stood there in silence and Loki was about to leave until she heard her name being called out

"Loki!" She turned her head around "i promise i'll take care of him even if that means i die in the process..Peter is an idiot at times and doesn't think before he does things which gets him endangered and i usually have to get him out of it..so i'll take care of him to my last dying breath"

Loki watched the stern look on MJ's face trying to spot a lie before smiling, they nodded and headed out

Peter sat in class feeling dizzy so he asked if he could go to the bathroom, he felt sick throwing up into the toilet bowl he might not be able to hold it to the end of the day so he went to the nurse and on his way he spotted Flash

'shit' he thought to himself

"Hey Penis Parker!" Flash had a friend with him that looked like a Senior

"Not now flash i'm not in the mood" he responded feeling even more sick

"What'd you say?" Flash responded with a offended tone, Flash was never the person you'd try to reason with "i'll have you know-"

Too late Pete fell to the floor fainting,Flash's friend ran away not wanting to be involved with Peter fainting

Ned walked in on the scene looking for Peter after the teacher told him too because Peter was taking a long time and his head flew to Flash

"What did you do?!" He asked furious rushing to Peter's side

"I didn't do anything i was just teasing him when he past out!" Flash was scared of getting into trouble so Ned knew he was telling the truth
