Their eyes widen as they process what was just said. Echo turned her head to face the ground, to avoid the others seeing her upset. Pandora shocked face was gone withing a second, she quickly gave Echo a side-hugged. Then she patted Echo's head for a couple of seconds giving Echo comfort knowing she would find it comforting. Pandora and Echo had already known of the deviants being back. Ajak's death was a surprise for both of them.
Pandora and Echo both had to face their own deviant noticing they had become Stonger devolving in some way. They all stood silent and still the others waiting for the two to say something. Tears where in Echo's eyes as she cried silently for few minutes not letting the others see, but it being clear that she was crying as tears fell from her eyes down to her dress.
The silence built up tension as Sersi shuffled awkwardly. The others glancing around or doing the same as Sersi except for the camera guy who was capturing the tension on camera. The wind was comforting to Echo as Pandora decided to speak, "So where are we going to next since we clearly don't have all of the eternals." Pandora spoke wanting to know as soon as possible if she was to see Druig or Makkari sooner rather than later.
Sersi answered quickly wanting to move on and save the world, "Gilgamesh and Thena." Pandora nodded in understanding as they were closer to them than then others. Pandora and Echo decide to get back to their forest that they have been living in for the past few years. The others following behind some of them hoping to move along with their mission.
Pandora and Echo began to pack the little they gained over the years. Pandora bringing her box along as it would bring help throughout their new mission. The smoke was gone from earlier now the air and wind was invisible to the eye. Pandora was the first one finished getting their clothing, and other supplies. Standing with the others waiting for the smaller eternal to complete gathering their necessities.
The eternals had started some smaller conversations within themselves as they waited. Pandora finding out the name of the camera guy who had been recording most if not all of what had happened. Kingo explained the movies he had been in over the years which fascinated Pandora deeply. Sprite however was less interested and decided to wait closer to wear Echo continued to grab her belongings.
Echo had stopped crying although still sad about the death of Ajak, she had admired Ajak through all of the years of their fighting deviants. Sadden by her death Echo tried to find something specific through the things she had. Echo slowly found what she was looking for, her eyes glossing over for only a second. Slowly Echo stretched out her hand to grab a crown fit for her. A flower crown to be more exact specifically made for Echo a gift from Ajak. They were spending time together near some flowers, Ajak though it would be perfect for Echo and decided upon crafting one.
Echo sat for a while looking at it before placing it softly on her head smiling at herself. Echo deciding, she should hurry as she had people waiting gathered her things. Standing up having her dress flow with each step she took back to the other eternals. Sprite was the first she had met on her way back. Embarrassed a little she stopped smiling. Echo and Sprite had made eye contact as Echo walked closer to Sprite. Both of them had looked younger than the other eternals but still being the exact same age.
Sprite had always complained never being able to fully do the other things the eternals could, which Echo understood but she did not share the same feeling that sprite did. Echo though had accepted Sprite point of view. Echo was now stood in front of Sprite. Sprite still saw some sadness in Echo about Ajak deaths but chose to ignore it as she turned away from Echo.
Sprite walked back to the others with Echo trailing behind her. The others stood by each other noticing Echo had finally finished. Echo upon seeing Pandora walked to her standing next to Pandora. They all began walking to their transportation.
Getting closer to their next destination now only needing to go on foot, they began to get off. They start to walk through the sand closer to their next destination, and the people that were there. Most of them silent as they began to get closer, Kuran recording again for Kingo. Pandora enjoying most of the silence as her thoughts drift to meeting the others.
Pandora and Echo had already learned about Sersi's plan to save the world they had all come to love. Although Sersi's plan was not exact they had agreed. Pandora continued to think about the other eternals, as Echo silently walked. Echo was still feeling a little down about Ajak's death. Soon Sprite noticed about Echo's still glooming mood.
Sprite finding out Echo was still feeling sadden by Ajak's death, began to feel some sort of guilt. Sprite starts walking next to Echo. Echo glances at Sprite for a second, meeting eyes with her as Sprite links arms with Echo. Echo smiled at Sprite apricating the gesture sprite had decided to do. Sprite did not speak a word to Echo as they continued to walk.
The goddess that was drifting away in her thoughts had finally come back from them as soon as she saw Sprite come up to Echo. Pandora smiled at them, which went unnoticed by the two. Pandora had also noticed that Echo was still feeling down but was completely caught up with her thoughts. Pandora felt bad for a while before realizing that she could contact Echo through her mind.
"I've realized I had gotten lost in my thoughts and should apologize as you were still saddened by the death of Ajak"
