Knoxville, Tennessee. A Mail whistle is heard.

Man: Telegram for Miss Pitstop!

Penelope: What, you mean little old me?

Man: Oh yes ma'am. Here ya go.

Penelope: Hmm... Let's see here... (walks out of the door and reads) Dear Penelope, I regret to inform you that your father has passed away- stop. But the good news is, we arranged his will for his fortune to go to you- stop. Please come to the Pitstop Mansion to receive your fortune- stop. Sincerely, Your loving mother, Petunia- stop. Holy guacamole! I'm gonna be rich!

Penelope packs her things and leaves her home in Knoxville on the way to the Pitstop Mansion. Meanwhile, in the Darkest parts of Chicago, Sylvester J. Sneekly, fortune seeker and the scheming guardian of Penelope heard the message too.

Sneekly: The Pitstop fortune is a lot of money! It's no surprise that the eldest Daughter gets it, which is Penelope Pitstop.

Pandora: Yeah, I was rejected from Dad's Will.

Sneekly: Don't worry, We'll get to the fortune first, and kill Penelope in the process! Luckily, she doesn't know my alter ego...

Pandora: Alter what?

Sneekly: Gentlemen, bring me my cloak.

Bully Brothers: Right, Claw.

(they get it and bring Sneekly's hat and mask as well)

Sneekly: It's time for a change.

(he puts it on)

Pandora: Can we go now, Mr. Sneekly? I want that fortune!

Hooded Claw: That's the Hooded Claw to you, my dear Pandora! And Don't Worry, We'll kill Penelope and get that fortune of hers! (laughs maniacally)

While the Claw begins his pursuits, a gang of Dwarf-Like men hears of the news of their former racing colleague.

Clyde: Look at this Guys! Famous racer Penelope Pitstop inherits Fortune!

Yak-Yak: Hee-hee-hee-hoo-hoo! Penelope's gonna be rich!

Zippy: But someone could be hard on her trail, trying to get it first!

Clyde: You do have a point there Zippy. Mr. Pitstop's fortune is worth $5.5 Billion.

(knocking heard)

Pockets: I'll get it, Clyde!

Yakko: Hello, Detective Yakko Warner. These are my Associates, Wakko and Dot. Uhhhhh... May I have a moment of your time?
