Chapter 3
The party had started to die down, the dj was coming up to his last mix, the pool was nearly empty, but the house was nearly full. I watched as Cameron knocked the 8 ball into the corner pocket, winning the game. "Lucky shot," Tyler said as he put his stick back on the rack.
"Aww, poor Tyler," I said messing up he's hair as I walked to Cameron's side squeezing his hand as a thank you. They made a bet that if Cameron won, Tyler couldn't keep chasing after me until I asked him to, and if Tyler won -which was very unlikely as he was drunk and could only just manage to walk straight - he could chase after me whenever he likes.
"Hey it could be worse" Ryan said, popping up out of nowhere, "You could never see her again, or maybe she could reject you for the rest of your life"
"We didn't ask for your opinion" Cameron said harshly.
He shrugs, "Just stating a fact"
"Who are you anyway?" Tyler asks confused and a bit annoyed.
"Names Ryan, but I'm afraid we'll have to get acquainted at school, just wanted to say goodbye." He says the last part to me then heads back toward the door, "oh and Kristen you might want to go check on your brother, he didn't look so good last time I saw him." And like that he was gone.
