Since dearest author had a terrible writer's block, let's do a brief summary flashback of the last chapter first. Ehem.
《 Flashback of a New Character Involved 》
"You must be Jeremy Seong." His long black hair looks like he braided it, golden eyes staring down at me as I stood up from kneeling down infront of my cats. He have this similar looks from K, but his aura seems different.
Who is he? Is he a guest of K?
I stared back at him intensely. "Ah, right. I must have forgotten." He bowed down slightly. "I'm here to officially report your well-being to the CEO of Yangwon. I'm tasked to be your bodyguard. I shall serve you with the best of my abilities, young master."
《 Flashback of on the way to Shinwa 》
It didn't took us long enough to reach a familiar building, thesame one I saw in the webtoon.
"So this is Shinwa..." I stared at the building in awe, my jaw almost dropping down the floor if it weren't for K who pushed up my jaw to close my mouth.
"Don't drool."
"I'm not. I'll just dribble."
He can only give me a look of disbelief. Samuel led the way while K and I followed behind.
《 Flashback of meeting Jiwoo 》
"Hey, look." I glanced over to the person K is pointing at, and fortunately, it was the star of the event.
"Jiwoo!" The said guy turned his head towards our direction, the cat on his arms is now facing us as well. Oh wait, that's Kayden.
I waved a hand as we approached them, and Jiwoo smiled back. "You came!" He exclaimed, almost happy to see that we arrived.
"Ofcourse. How can we not?" I ruffled his hair in which he didn't seem to mind.
"Hehe!" He smiled, before glancing towards K with a slight bow. "Thank you for coming."
《 Flashback of entering the battlefield 》
In the end, we all entered a wide and spacious room where I can conclude to be the place where the spar will start.
Jiwoo roamed his eyes around in delight, awestruck. "Wow! So this is where awakened ones train. It's so big!" Kayden sat on the side, probably to watch him.
"I wonder how it will go." I heard K commented as he crossed his arms, golden eyes staring straight to Jiwoo. "Do you think he'll win?"
"There's only one way to find out." I shan't spoil this dude.
