We were under a tree, I was in excruciating pain as she beat me up but I kept a calm face, I shouldn't show weakness to someone that's incapable of controlling her own emotions.

"And? I don't do things for others. Whatever I do, I do it's for me, myself and I. So I don't know why you bother saying that crap to me"

"Of course you would say that, I don't understand why shuichi would even bother trying to be your friend, you are just a little gremlin that can't never keep his mouth shut" she said with a final kick to my stomach before leaving.

I sat up, leaning on the tree. I honestly never expected this to happen so soon, i always knew that maki would end up with a violent approach to solving her problems with me but I didn't think that she would be willing to beat the crap out of me just because of my attitude. Such a cruel girl.

But is not really like everyone else is so innocent, no one ever seems to believe me when I say something nice or kind about someone but the moment I start laying and being rude suddenly what I have to say reaches their ears. Is annoying that they act that way (at least the majority).

I was writing potential suspects on my investigations notebook. Kokichi may not have asked this of me but I will find this culprit.

Sadly enough I don't have any suspects besides kaito and maki, maybe kaede but I doubt she actually hates kokichi.
