《Not So New Boy》

On an windy October morning, I walked into English class, already aware of the rumours that a new kid is joining the Junior class.

Supposedly, according to freshmen, he was hot. I didn't know what to expect, and to be honest, I didn't care. All the girls were getting ready, as if Zac Efron was gonna walk through the door, and instantly be there boyfriend. They had obviously all seen him.

Just for my luck, his first class was my English class.

"Class, welcome our new student to Eleanor Roosevelt High, Connor Franta." The teacher said.

I could obviously see where the freshman were coming from. He was hot. He had green eyes, hair in the form of a quiff, that made him look sexy, obvious muscles, and a really cute face.

I saw my best friend, Sky making googly eyes at me, and then at him.

"Hi." Connor said shyly.

"Well Connor take a seat next to Claire over there." The teacher said.
I raised my hand so he'd know where to go.

As he walked to the seat, all the girls watched him walk to it. All smirking while he walked, I was just acting normal.

He sat down and finally realized he had been watched. He giggled and then just took out his notebook.

"Hi." I said, in a non-flirty way, unlike these sluts would.

The teacher somehow got the class to finally pay attention to the actual lesson.

Throughout the class I saw Sky staring at him. She was a meninizer herself, so I wasn't surprised.

Finally class ended, in what felt like forever.
When I got out, Skyler caught up with me.

"Hey, that new kids hot!" She said raising an eyebrow.

"Ya i guess, he doesn't look like my type." I said shoving books into my locker.

"Well, he sure is mine. And before anyone else, I'm totally asking hi-"

"Sky." I said putting my eyes towards Connor, who had just walked up to us.

"Oh hi, Connor. Skyler." She said introducing herself.

"Hi, um this is really random, but Ms. Whatever her name is, told me to ask you guys for a tour, is that okay?" He said looking down.

"Well, ya i gu-" I said then being interrupted.

"Yes. YES. We gladly will. I'm Sky by the way. Just meet us after school her, infront of Claire's locker."

"Oh ok." He said, looking like he was attracted to Sky.

"Well can you walk me to my next class. I have Mr. Murphy. I don't know where he is." He said.

"Oh, I'll gladly do that." Sky said, motioning him to a direction.

"I'll see you at lunch." She whispered, leaving with Connor.

And there went, another guy, in the hands of Skyler, who's heart she was probably going to break.

I went through all of the day watching Sky and Connor sitting next to each other in everything.

It kind of made me sick, but what could I do.

Finally, the end of the day came, and I completly forgot I was supposed to be giving a tour to Connor, with Sky.
But since those two kids have been together all day, I just left.

Before I even left campus, Sky and Connor went after me.

"Girl, where do you think you're going?" Sky said. Connor was just standing there looking down.

"Oh I completely forgot." I said, obviously lying.

"Well come now!" She said leading me.

"Nah, I have loads of homework to do, I rather go home." I said fake smiling.

"Oh ok. Well I'll text you later." Sky said.

"Ok bye." I said waving.

"Bye." She said.

"Bye." Connor said being dragged away by Sky.

Ugh. Those two will never last.
