At home, I turned on my music as loud as possible and did my homework.

After finishing, the music still played and I just played around at my desk. I was in PJs and felt so comfortable.

I got a text from Sky and 5:30.

S: Omg YOU WILL NEVER BEILEVE WHAT HAPPEN OMG JABSBSMS

C: what did u do?

S: Me and Connor kissed ahhhh

C: Kissed?

S: Yes, ON THE LIPS.

C: oh my god.

S:what?

C: You just met the guy. You don't know anything about him. You only know his last name because the teacher said it when he walked into class. What was it, Fanta? You can't just hook up with him.

S: Look Claire, we didn't hook up. And second of all, it's my life and he's a really nice guy. AND ITS FRANTA.

C: Ok sure whateves, i have to do homework.

Since I already did homework, I decided to take a nap. No one was home because my mom was at work and my older brother was out with friends.

I couldn't believe Sky. I just knew she would get her heart broken. Or, she'll break his heart.

Either way, it'll end in flames.

I got a text during my nap that woke me up.

It read,
"Hey" From Connor Franta.

My ID identified him.

Connor? How did he even get my number? Why is he even text me?
I decided to text back.

Cl: Connor? How did you get my number?

Co: Oh, I asked Skyler. She gave it to me. I hope that's okay with you though.

Of course, she gave him my number.

Cl: Ya it's fine. But, why do you want my number?

Co: Well, this might sound really stupid, I kinda wanted a friend, and you really looked nice.

Cl: Oh thanks, but what about Sky? Isn't she your friend?

Co: Ya, but, well, she seems a little intimidating.

Cl: Oh ya, you'll get used to it.

I never did though.

Co: And I'm shy so...

Cl: Well Connor, I didnt take you for the shy type, but I guess you've got friend in me.

Co: Thanks. Um I have to go, my dad just got home. I'll see you tomorrow.

Cl: K, see ya.

Co: Bye.

Connor wasn't as bad as I thought. I thought he would be a real douche and womanizer, but I think hes really sweet.

Maybe this will be a friendship to last.

The next day came, which was Friday, and I realized something when I woke up. Connor never talked about his kiss with Skyler.

Was Sky lying? Or was Connor just to shy to talk about it?

I honestly didn't know because both could be true.
