#5 Jimin Effect

There is something about his presence whenever he comes around. Like a calm music serenade and sneak into your neck, makes you shiver and wonder how does he can give such effect.

Even with a LIVE broadcasting where he lived thousand of miles across the ocean, the effect still linger with you. As if he talks to you privately. Just you and him. With a random chitchat, laying comfortable together like you are the closest friend ever.

Now, with him sitting in front of you, with a bowl of popcorn in the living room, smiling tenderly...what can you do except smiling back with a nervousness slowly creeping down your soul.

"Hi"

"Heeey"

"Ready for a movie night? Which one do you prefer?" He asked flipping through a bunch of movie title list on TV.

I sat on the couch beside him. Think for a little bit, and answer, "I guess any genre will do, except for romance"

"Wow, really? That's a surprise. Why not?"

I chuckled nervously, not sure how to explain to him that watching romance with Park Jimin probably not good for my mental being.

"So, horror it is?" He asked when I still stay silence.

"No no no, oh no. Please don't"

He laughed. "Noona, I'm just kidding. Actually, I think I know what's best for us to watch together. I already have few options for you."

"Oh, great"I smiled. I think he knows I still stiffed as a rock, so he pat my head softly.

"Noona, please relax. You are here to ease your mind from the world, you know. You should relax"

"Hahaha. Right. It just that you. Your presence. Your voice. Just too real. I think I just feel overwhelmed for a bit"

I close my eyes and take a deep breath. And there was silence for a moment.

Slowly, I open my mind and saw him waiting for me, patiently. Smiling.

"Well, this presence and this voice is all you need tonight. I am here at your service" He said.

"Shall we?"

We smile at each other and I can feel the comfort feeling slowly wrap me like a nice warm blanket.
