Whatever happened in the car did not eliminate the fact that all of Tai's little swimmers had ample time to meet my own eggs, no matter how much was left on Ezzie's fingers or spilled out on Charlotte's poor leather seats. I had a goal in mind and I needed to achieve it, or risk the consequences for my own actions.

Which, by the way, I tried my best to avoid at any and all cost.

Walking into the sterile, white drug store, the light industrial lights was such a large contrast to the dull, yellowed lights of outside that I couldn't help but wince. Looking at my four companions, Ezzie just straight up hiding his entire face under the crook of Charlotte's arm, a soft high-pitched whine escaping his lips, I knew the feeling was mutual. These lights were so harsh, I felt like I needed sunglasses.

It really made me feel like 'one of the vampires'.

Behind the counter sat an elderly lady in the pale blue uniform, scrolling on her phone with her glasses held at the end of her nose. Obviously the witching hour of 4A.M left her with little to do, the entire store looking sparkling clean and well stocked. The excitement was not missed in her body language as she jumped up from her metal stool, her phone going into the front pocket of her red apron.

"Welcome! Help any of y'all find anything?" She spoke with a southern drawl not too unsimilar from Charlotte's. Our tall, accented woman's eyes went wide, her facing turning a bit red before she sped walked right past us, pushing Ezzie out into the light.

Being the dramatic man he was, he fell to his ripped-jean knees, pretending like he was burning in the sunlight. They never super explained how the sunlight doesn't affect them, but we all just watched as he made squeals and exasperated sighs of his fake death. Tai snickered, but Valentine just grabbed him by the collar and pulled him up to his feet, shooting daggers his direction.

Though the nice southern employee tried to keep her face scolded, you could tell from how she locked eyes with one of her co-workers currently dusting the batteries that she thought he might be a problem. Also taking the chance to jab my arm into his ribs, I walked right up to the counter.

It was always safe to assume that Ezekiel might be a problem.

"I'm assuming the answer, but is your Plan B behind the counter?" Valentine spoke calmly, cutting in before I could speak, placing his body closely next to mine. Valentine leaned his above average frame onto the counter, tapping his fingers against the fake-wood. It was easy to assume he was trying to save me the embarrassment of having to ask an older woman where such a "taboo" item was.

"Yes sir, it is. But I do gotta say, contraceptive is the most important thing to avoid accidental life, besides abstinence until marriage, of course. If you're getting the 'back up plan' it's too late, the lord has made his plans. Please tell your sister to be more careful." Trying to save me from embarrassment didn't work, as she looked right through him to make eye contact with me. It was like she thought she could encourage me to 'walk with god' more then just hearing her preach.

Valentine opened his mouth, probably to defend my honor, but I stepped up, pushing him behind me, yet taking the time to intertwine our fingers. Firstly, Valentine and I did not look anything alike; he was obviously hispanic while I was just your average white mix. So, being called his sister had the flame inside of me lit. I reached down deep, deep into my years of rebellious back talking, and locked eyes with my target.

There would be no mercy in this drug store tonight.

"Actually, that's my boyfriend but he hasn't nutted in me yet. Spiky blue boyfriend over there is still in the clear, it's tall dark and handsome right there who couldn't wait until my thigh was bare to splatter his baby batter." I smiled bright, reaching back and taking Tai's hand as well. Ezzie came up behind me and rested his head on my shoulder, wrapping his arms around my waist while he nuzzled his nose into the hickied, bruised flesh of my neck.

"You weren't complaining when it was going down- 'oh sir, please cum in me, please fill me up!' You were loud enough I thought the neighbors would hear you, and send us early baby shower presents." Tai laughed as he leaned over, giving me a kiss on my reddening cheek. The woman's eyes were wide, her jaw hanging down to the floor as she looked between all of us- my guys who were all grinning with pride, holding onto me like each of them shared a piece of me.

"Oh, and tall and brooding over there is next, she's just mad she had to drive so she couldn't have fun on the way here. But don't worry! I shouldn't have to get Plan B for that." I gave her a wink and turned away, heading back where the sign said pharmacy, all of my men following me like the obedient love-struck puppies I had her believe they were.

Was it that far from the truth, at this point?

"I don't know if I'm more disturbed that you called him sir, or that now a Baptist woman is going to pray for us." Ezzie said as he wrinkled up his nose, looking back at the woman who now was mutter some prayer under her breath with her eyes tightly closed, occasionally peaking over an eyelid to glance towards us. It was concerning enough her co worker rushed over, the hushed whispers of their conversation falling flat on my weak, human ears.

"If anything we made the night more interesting for her." Tai said with a big grin, scooping me up and holding me bridal style. I let out a little screech, slapping him on his arm.

"You fuck me once and now you think you can carry me?" I said a little louder than I wanted too, enough that one of the pharmacy patience sitting beside the counter on the stained, blue chairs looked up from their phone and locked eyes with me. Somehow, that was more embarrassing than announcing who has and hasn't cum in me to a total stranger.

"You are just so light and dainty. Gotta get it in before you get pregnant." Tai laughed as he set me down right beside Charlotte, who had her arms crossed over her chest, staring through the little pharmacy window like it owed her money. I punched Tai one more time in the arm, hard enough to make him rub the spot, before I stood up straight, inching slightly closer to my tall vampire woman.

"Hey, are you doing alright?" I spoke softly, tugging lightly on her gloved hand to get her to finally look at me. When she did, I gasped and took a step back, her eyes were nearly fully black- just like with Axton, almost no remainder of color left. At first, her face and sigh showed she was annoyed, but when I dropped her hand and held them up like she had a weapon, she cleared her voice and shook her head, a bit of the blue coming back-just the slightest ring.

"Y-yeah." Her voice was laced deep with her beast talking through. With a light cough and another shake of her head, she looked back at me with much more blue eyes. "Just a little hungry." She muttered, just in time for the pharmacist to come up to the window and call out the strangers name. They came up and collected their pills, giving us one last skeptical look before moving on their way.

Tai and Valentine stood right besides me, both of them avoiding looking at Charlotte, but from how her faced contorted to different emotions, they were absolutely talking. Charlotte reached over, not looking towards me, and gently grabbed my hand.

She's weak for you.

The audible scoff that left my voice made my guys look towards me, but my little head-voice thing was stating the obvious. Of course she is, she wants to gobble me up in one bite and feel me squirming in her stomach like some weird fetish shit. She wanted to wear me like a puppet, inside out, while she drained me into one of the corpses from Beetlejuice. Anything but to make sweet, tender love to me, like the others had decided. Except Valentine, there was absolutely something in his eyes when they were fingering me that told me he wanted it to be not sweet nor tender.

Pretty exciting if you ask me.

"I'll be back." Charlotte spoke with her eyes closed tight, turning and walking out with her long, taunting legs under her tight skirt. Ezzie replaced her quickly, wrapping his entire body around my arm. Though I know he was making a cute face, I couldn't help but watch as she walked out, not even paying attention to the store clerks 'have a blessed day!'.

"Don't worry, beautiful. She'll get past it. She's strong." Valentine laid one kiss on my temple, before directing his attention up to the pharmacist.

I really hope she will get past it. If not, I absolutely would have to reconsider my position in the house, and in their life. Even if it pained me, I couldn't stay if she was in a constant battle, day in and day out.
