Chapter 20: Reunited Sisters

~Y/n's P.O.V~

I was in the living room with Rias and she's making a magic circle teleport us to the Underworld.

Y/n: Are you sure you want to come, Rias? I'm just gonna talk to your brother.

Rias: Yes, I'm sure.

Y/n: Alright.

She created the magic circle and we teleported to the Underworld. When we arrived, we were greeted by Grayfia.

Grayfia: Welcome back, Lord Y/n and Rias-sama.

Rias: Thank you, Grayfia. Is my brother here?

Grayfia: Lord Sirzechs is at his office. Please follow me and I will take you to him.

Y/n: Thank you, Grayfia.

We followed Grayfia to Sirzechs office and when we arrived, his office looked pretty normal for a Devil King.

Sirzechs: Y/n and Rias, what can I do for you?

Y/n: I need to talk to you about something.

Sirzechs: What would that be?

Y/n: I need you to clear Kuroka's name from stray.

Grayfia, Sirzechs, and Rias were shocked when I said Kuroka's name.

Sirzechs: I'm sorry, but I cannot do that. She killed her Master because of her thirst for power.

Y/n: That's not true. She only did that to save her sister from their Master.

Rias: How do you know her?

Y/n: I've met her yesterday. She was being attacked by the Khaos Brigade.

Sirzechs: The Khaos Brigade?! If what you say is true, I cannot clear her name unless we have proof.

Y/n: Then can you take me to their old Master's home.

Sirzechs: If that's the case, I and Grayfia will come with you.

Rias: I'll go too.

Y/n: Alright, let's go.

We walked outside of the mansion and head to the garden where Sirzechs created a magic circle teleporting us. When we arrived, I saw an abandoned-looking castle.

Y/n: This the place?

Sirzechs: Yes, it is.

We went to the front door and it was sealed shut so I used Dismantle on it cutting the door to pieces.

Y/n: So where's his lab?

Sirzechs: It's underground. The stairs are just behind that door over there.

I open the door he pointed at and went down the stairs. When we got down there, I saw it was just an ordinary lab with some dried blood on the walls and floor.

Sirzechs: This is where we found her Master's body.

Y/n: Let's start finding some evidence.

I went to the bookshelf to see if I can find any experiment documents. I picked up a few books and tried reading anything about this guy.

Y/n: Has anyone found something?

Rias: Nothing yet.

Sirzechs: Nothing here.

Y/n: There has to be something to prove Kuroka's innocence. This room is way too normal for a lab-based on what Kuroka told me.

I kept searching each book on the shelves before grabbing one of the books and a hidden staircase opened behind the shelf.
