Ch.10 - ::Hidan

A few days later Hidan and I were out on a mission with Kakuzu to get a bounty. He was from some small village but had a large bounty on his head.

"How much longer?" I asked out loud.

"A few more hours." Kakuzu responded. I let out an irritated sigh.

"It's going to be dark by then. Are we at least stopping at an Inn?" I asked.

"Maybe if you stop complaining." he said and I sighed as I fiddled with my necklace. I glanced over at Hidan who was quietly following Kakuzu, which was strange. I stopped so I was next to him.

"Hey Hidan, what's wrong?" I asked him.

"It's fucking nothing. Forget about it." he said angrily.

"I think I know what it is. You need to get laid." I said with my index finger pointing up. He glared at me. "What? I haven't seen you bring any women to the base since we did it." I looked at him. "Why?" I asked it.

"None of your damned business Rin. Leave me alone." he said walking faster. I growled and caught up with him.

"You are going through sex withdrawal." I said.

"Fuck off Rin! Leave me alone." he shouted at me causing me to instantly close my mouth. He hasn't snapped at me in a while so I was surprised. I was about to say something but I stopped myself and looked at the ground. I didn't want to make him even more upset then I already have. I grabbed my necklace and kept waking.

"I think I should do my ritual." I said talking to Kakuzu. He let out an irritated sigh.

"Fine. Hurry up though." he said and I nodded walking away from the two. I found a nice semi open place and began my ritual.

Hidan was leaning against a tree as he looked up at the sky.

"Aren't you going to do a stupid ritual?" Kakuzu asked him.

"I fucking did one before we left." Hidan snapped.

"What the hell is your problem?" Kakuzu asked him.

"None of your damned business."

"You care for Rin, don't you?" Kakuzu asked and Hidan ignored him. "Ahh, you do care for her, I see. Well being a jerk to her isn't helping."

"It's not that. I killed her Kakuzu." Hidan said.

"What?"

"I got jealous one day and stabbed her fifty fucking times. I killed her. I prayed to Lord Jashin to bring her back and he did on one condition."

"And that would be?"

"I'm not allowed to fuck any other girl besides Rin." Hidan said and Kakuzu just looked at him.

"Rin was right, you're going through a withdrawal. Well to make my life easier the rest of the mission I'm getting an Inn and you two share a room." he said.

"you'd fucking do that for me? How sweet Kakuzu-chan." Hidan said.

"Not for you. For me. You'll be much more pleasant after you do the deed."

I ripped the scythe put of my gut and put my cloak on covering my wound and walked back to the guys. I saw Hidan against a tree and Kakuzu standing there.

"I'm done." I said and they both nodded.

"Let's get going." Kakuzu said and started walking again.

A few hours passed and the three came across a small town. Hidan was carrying Rin on his back since she fell asleep about an hour ago.
