Ch.4 - ::Hidan

My eyes fluttered open to see Deidara next to me. We must have switched positions while we were asleep because I was laying with my head on his chest and his arm was around me. I blushed as I looked up at his sleeping face then at his chest that was slowly rising and falling. I smiled and sat up quietly and got up. It was a bit warmer today and the sun was shining now. I put the covers and his cloak on him and went to find some breakfast. I found a few birds eggs which I figured would be okay. I stoked the fire and put a flat rock in it to get it hot. I cracked the eggs ad they quickly started to fry. I used my telekinesis to move the rock put of the fire to cool it off. I walked over to my bag and grabbed two pairs of chopsticks that I brought.

"Something smells good,un." I heard a sleepy Deidara say.

"I made us some breakfast." I said with a smile and I brought the rock with six small fried eggs on it.

"Only you could make a great breakfast in the middle of nowhere,un." he said and sat up.

"Thanks." I said and handed him a pair of chopsticks. We both ate three eggs and we started to pack up after we ate.

"Let's get going,un. We should be there in about four hours." he said and I sighed as I shoved my stuff back in my bag.

We got to a small village.

"Is that it?" I asked a bit surprised.

" Yup. That's it,un." he said as we looked around. It seemed everyone was still sleeping. We got to a building that seemed to be where the leader was. There were two guards standing watch.

"I got this." I whispered and got the kunai out of the guards pockets and stabbed them both in their eye. The kunai went easily into the brains and killed them instantly.

"Good job,un." Deidara said to me with a thumbs up.

"Thank you." I said with a smile. We both quietly walked in and saw an empty bed. Deidara went ahead to look near the bed to see if there were any clues as to where the guy was. I heard something from behind me but before I could turn around I felt my arms being held together by my wrists behind me. Deidara quickly turned around and saw a young man , maybe twenty five, holding me with a knife to my neck.

"Ah, the Akatsuki." He said smugly. "I've been expecting you. Although I wasn't expecting such a beautiful young woman." he said cupping chin with his thumb and index finger,the knife between his ring an middle finger.

"Let her go,un." Deidara said angry.

"Oh? Is she of importance to you?" he asked with a smirk. "I may just keep her for myself. I can just think of all the fun I will have with her." he said and licked my cheek which made Deidara clench his fists. I looked at Deidara to reassure him I was fine. I used my powers to easily get the knife from his grasp and I stabbed him through his hand. He let go of me and I ran over to Deidara.

"You okay,un?" he asked me and I nodded.

"I'm fine." I said. The guy looked over at me with a smirk as he pulled the knife from his hand.

"Ah, so you're the one with the telekinesis I see. That would explain why you are in the Akatsuki." he said. "One would not expect a young woman such as yourself to be affiliated with such a group."

"Shut up you asshole." I said annoyed.

"Such a dirty mouth for such a lovely lady." he said pulling his sword from his back. Deidara put his hand in his bag of clay and quickly molded it into a few spiders and threw them at the guy. He sliced them in half but only caused them to turn into smaller spiders. They landed on him and Deidara smirked.

"Katsu." Deidara shouted making a hand sign and they exploded on him. He jumped out of the smoke with his clothes singed from the fire. He landed on his feet and pushed off charging at me and I dodged him easily. Deidara threw some of his clay birds at him and exploded them near him. I pulled a shuikin from my bag and threw it at the guy but he hit it away with his sword. I used my powers to make the shuikin go back and I put it roughly in his chest. He shouted as he felt it impale his skin. He pulled it out roughly and threw it to the ground.

"You're going to regret that!" He said at charged at me. I glanced over to see Deidara with his hand in his bag of clay and I noticed an acupuncture set. I smirked and brought them to me. I waited until he was close enough and smirked. I made them all one by one pierce his eyes and he fell to the ground,dead. I dusted my hands off.

"That was easy. Now what?" I asked Deidara.

"Pein told me if we had time to kill everyone here,un." I looked at him.

"Okay I guess. You wanna just blow up this place?" I asked.

"I thought you'd never ask." he said with a smirk. We walked outside and he made a giant bird and we both jumped on. He flew high above the small village and dropped a C3 bomb and we watched the small village turn into a crater.

"Hey Deidei." I said.

"Huh?"

"Why didn't we fly here?" I asked annoyed.

"I never thought of it,un." he said rubbing the back of his head. I let out an irritated sigh.

"Let's just go home." I said and he nodded.

We landed right outside of the base and we jumped off his bird. He got rid of it and we walked into the base.

"I can't believe you didn't think to fucking fly there." I said bringing it back up.

"Hey you didn't think of it either,un." he retorted. I narrowed my eyes at him.

"Touché." I said and we both walked to Peins office. I knocked on the door.

"Enter." we heard and walked in. "Ah, Rin. Deidara. I trust the mission was a success."

"Yes it was. It was pretty easy too. You need to assign harder missions." I said smugly.

"I'll keep that in mind Rin. You may leave." he said. Deidara and I both bowed and left his office.

"I'm going to take a shower and put some warm clothes on." I told Deidara.

"Sounds like a plan,un." he said with a smile. "I'll walk you to your room." I smiled.

"Okay." I said and smiled. As we started down the hall to my room I felt Deidara grab my hand. I looked down at out hands then back to him with a blush. He just gave me his sweet smile and I couldn't help but smile back.

Hidan was walking back from the library when he saw Deidara and Rin walking together. They probably just got back from their mission, he thought. He looked down and noticed something. They were holding hands and smiling at each other. Hidan clenched his fists in anger. How the hell could she do that when he just told her a few days ago he cared about her? And that was really hard for Hidan to admit. He felt his mind go black with rage as he went to his room to prepare for what he had in his mind.

Deidara stopped at my room and let go of my hand. I smiled up at him and gave him a hug.

"Thanks Deidei. I'll see you later." he nodded and walked away. I walked into my room and to my dresser to get a change of clothes but it was empty. I growled. "Hidan." I said and stormed over to his room. I started to bang his door. "Hey asshole! Give my clothes back!" when I got no response I opened his door and walked in. I felt a weird thickness in the air as I looked around. I herd a growl and I turned to see Hidan.

"How could you?!" he shouted full of rage. I backed up a bit.

"How could I what?" I asked him.

"You know damn well what! You saw you holding hands with that fucker!" he shouted as he grabbed my arm roughly, digging his nails into my skin through my cloak.

"Ouch Hidan that hurts . . ." I said wincing.

"Good." he said with rage in his eyes. His eyes looked different then usual and it terrified me. Something bad was about to happen to me, I could feel it.
