The next morning they found Cass in an alley tied up the next morning. I quickly got dressed in a grey t-shirt and a black mini skirt with flip flops and my hair in a quick braid. I ran out the door when my uncle stopped me. "Where do you think you're going?" "Out." "I see that but where?" I didn't want to tell him about the mayors threat so I had to lie to him. "I'm going to hang out with Mindy." "Ok have fun." He said as he waved. I hated to lie to him but I didn't want him to worry about me. So I headed out the door and head to where they found Mindy the alley. It must be a statement but why? And why make her so easy to find why not hide her somewhere more elaborate? Why risk being found out? I was interrupted by a cute guy with spiky dark brown hair and bright blue eyes. "Excuse me are you Hazel?" "Um yes how did you know who I am?" "Mindy told me." Of corse it's just like Mindy to introduce me to all of her friends. I smiled. This guy was incredibly cute. Mindy knows I am a sucker for blue eyes. "Nice to meet you." I said. This guy is cute and he is an athlete. This guy is totally out of my league. "Mindy wanted me to ask you if you wanted to hang out with us tonight?" "Yeah I would love to." I said. "Great I'll see you later." I said. "See yah he said back." I blushed when he was gone. He was officially my first crush.
