it was almost evening when pkl started getting more cramps and suddenly felt something wet and then realized tht her water broke she immidiately called karan but he didnot picked as he was busy in his so called meeting

so she stood and walked downwards towards stair and suddenly ...............

saying this he drived back to his home he happily entered with icecream and a file in his hand but as soon as he entered the house and went near staires seeing the scenario his world came down crashing yhe packet in his hand dropped immidiately from his hand he himself dropped down near her body !! yesss what he saw was his babydoll lying their down the stair in pool of blood which directly indicate he lost , he lost his baby and his babydoll buttt how does this happened

pkl was decending down the stairs and suddenly her leg slipped and she rolled down stairs her head hit hard on the floor and she startef to bleed profusely not only head but bleeding started down their which made her understand tht she lost her baby she just clutched her tummy tightly and cried in pain but alas she gave up all the pain in heart and took her last breath

later a minute he came back to sense or we can say lost and moved lil closer to her and took her head in his lap and slightly caressed her cheeks saying
