Geno!Player.
This is the beginning part as a quick info. Geno!Player is only for a short time as in Reset wise since he fused with Dust Sans to become Dust!Player. The original Plan was to make him another General among the Genocide Players but he was not the same person unlike others. He wanted to stay with the universe and see it as his home. He gained a new ability he never mentions but it's interesting how it affects unlike Reset or Overwrite.

Dust!Player/VoidDust!Player.
Known also by Nickname Dust, he is a Player who hacked himself into the Code of the Multiverse. Originally he was supposed to be a Genocide Player but refused to be one of them. As he watched the GenoPlayers kill the characters he befriended and using Chara as a Scapegoat he slowly drifted into Insanity with a Vengeance. He decided to hack his own Code to turn himself into an actual Character of a Universe he designed. His soul was a unique only unlike Fear from Glitchtale it's Karmatic Retribution short as simply Karma. He turned his Soul into that of Karma also known to be a one of a Kind type and probably the only one. Being LvL 30 at the start already making him stronger then the Genocide Players who always land up at LvL 1 with Frisk or Chara when the reset happens. The only ones who don't are those who do not reset and let another one do it. That way the data stays but it corrupts the universe they did a Genocide route on. In other words they store up their Lv from the Universe which us like taking a very small piece of irreversible code which essencially breaks the code apart which caused things like Dusttale to happen.
He always waited for the Genocide Players to arrive only to instantly torture and break them with a sadistic smile simply stating: "This is what everyone else feels and now you cannot ignore it or not care because you feel it too. Hope you like Karma I have lots to share."
He doesn't always act like this however. With everyone else he is calm and kind. Willing to help those who need it and even helped Sans through his depression. Basically he is in a stable condition because he sees everyone ok and enjoying life for once. Most know who he is and even that he is an AntiGeno!Player eversince he started a revolt on his own.
When he went to the Void at LvL 100 to meet Gaster and get him out he simply had only one option on how to do it.
Soul Absorption. Luckily he was a Player hence he could due to being an Anomaly instead of a Human or Monster.
This gave him an extra Power Boost. Now he could summon Gasters Gaster Blasters and all 7 Hands to his disposal in Combat. Gaster saw him as a good person even if he was driven insane due to the Genocide Players causing so much damage. Not that he was any different sadly. The two got along quite well.
He met Virus404 in a Bloodlust against 1 Million Genocide Players making his LvL almost reach Infinite. He nearly killed HackerGenoPlayer but he did not have the ability to Permanently kill him.
That is when Virus404 challenged him.
