Here is the beginning of the tale with an old-time favourite.
I'm sure you will appreciate these low-lying, zero altitude clouds. Fog. They cannot be correctly classified as they are not an official cloud type. Yet, I'm sure you also see its' unique beauty on frosty mornings or as the sun shines through (like this picture)!
The image also features contrails in the sky, which are in fact manmade. Contrails are high altitude clustering of ice crystals produced from the fumes of many aeroplanes.
