Gabriel POV
She's a cleaver little one I see, must have taken after her father, never mind that I've already found her . Who would have thought she would find her way to forks ,Washington and be mates to a whole coven of vampires along with two shapeshifters.

"Gabriel, have you located the girl , I'd like to get this over with , I have more Important things to do than play hide and seek " Lucifer says boredom itching at his tone .

Gabriel sighs before looking at the man beside him "yes I have located the girl , but have you forgotten that she is not to be taken as a joke , she could potentially kill us all ." Gabriel says serious. He was not about to loose his life due to someone else's foolishness.

"She's just a child compared to us , she hasn't even hit 100 years of age yet and your scared ?" He chuckles before walking back to his seat .

Luficer .......always cocky and full of himself, that will be his downfall.

Gabriel them turns around and sits back down . "When will we be able to get this done with Gabriel, my people are scared and I would like to get back to them" Siya says softly.

The mer-people are very timid-and shy . Siya the siren queen rules of them all , and keeps them safe.

"When I say we will tis will it will happen , before that happens I have to pay a visit to a friend of mine"

Maya POV
I knew I should have stayed away , now I've put them in grave danger because of my selfishness. Dammit maya why can't you do anyting right in your life , this is why your parents are dead.

"Mommy, are you ok ?" Nessy asks. I can't reply. I can't get any air through my lungs , it feels like i'm suffocating.

"Grandpa, something's wrong with mommy" nessy says getting off of my lap . Charlise rushes over and softly grabs my face . "Maya listen to me , calm down sweetheart, breathe with me , in and out , in and out" he says coaching me through it .

We do thing a few more times before my breathing is back to normal. " maya what's wrong ?" Charlise asks sitting on his knees in front of me .

"I'm so so sorry charlise, I've put you all in danger" I says tears streaming down my round face . "What do you mean maya ? We've handled the voltori before we'll be okay" Jacob says softly rubbing circles slowly on my back.

"No , the voltori are just a pawn .......... It's Gabriel, he's found me" I say looking down at my feet . "Who's Gabriel sweetheart? What does he want with you?" Paul's says looking at me with protective eyes.

"Gabriel is my uncle . He's a god , specifically the god of death. My father was what you call a tribrid. He was the God of lust , a shapeshifter ...somewhat you Paul and Jacob and a vampire. My uncle.........he's ruthless and quite frankly I'm been running from him for a long time ."

"I was a mistake , my mother was a siren,goddess of love , witch and demon ....specifically a sucubuss, my mother and father were never supposed to meet . But they did and they fell in love . They were already a threat to the world , let alone humans so they isolated themselves. They had me couple years later everything was going great , that was until ...."

"It's ok , take your time you don't have to tell you everything right now" Bella says holding my hands in her cold ones. I smile at her and nod my head .

"One night they came , my father made me hide the the kitchen closet and cast a protection spell over so they wouldn't know I was there................Charlise I watched as he killed them , I watched as the life drained from my mother , I watched as he snapped my fathers neck and threw him to the floor like he was nothing" tears cascaded down my face .

Charlise immediately pulled me into his embrace "shhh it's okay , we're all here for you maya , your not alone , we're all family , we may not be your biological one , but we do stick together like one , we won't let anything happen to you"  him rubbing circles on my back made me sleepy .

"Papa , If you keep rubbing my back I'm going to fall asleep" I slurred feeling darkness creep into me. Charlise smiled at the nickname "it's ok princess, go to sleep , you need it" that's all it took for me to slip into a deep slumber .

Charlise POV
I wrapped her legs around me and slouched back into the couch.  I grabbed the blanket from beside me and wrapped it around us . "She's been through so much , it's amazing to strong she is" esme says rubbing her back.

I look around at my worried family then back down at our newest family member. "We won't let anything happen to her" I say softly smiling at everyone.

All these years it felt as though something was missing, not knowing that it was her . Our shared mate.
