Railjack & Penance: Raijack and Penance are a pair of dual blades that have elemental crystals forged into them. Railjack, the blade with the purple hilt has Gravity Crystals running down the middle of the blade while Penance, the blade with the green hilt has Lightning Crystals running down the center. Both swords' blades are able to split into multiple segments, connected by a thin dust wire, turning them into chain whip swords. The gravity crystals in Railjack becomes really useful in this form as Raiku will be able to fully control the direction the whip goes using it. When not in use, both swords are stored on her hips, with Railjack being in her right and Penance on her left.

Abilities:
>Superhuman Physique<: Like her mother, Raiku's physical body and senses are more enhanced than that of a regular human. However, hers is not as enhanced, because her body is still a bit fragile.
>Ivory Arc Lightning<: Like her elder sister, Raiku is able to harness and manipulate electricity. She's able to nullify electrical attacks and absorb them, but also fire off lightning bolts from her hands or summon them. Unlike her sister howeber, she cannot empower herself with lightning. She can electrify her weapons to coat them in electricity and even to travel at lightning fast speeds by becoming an ivory bolt of lightning herself.
>Raiden Form<:This form is will raise Failure power to the level of a god, thanks to it being a form of the Goddess of Lightning, Raiden. The abilities and weapons it contains are:
>Flight<: Using the thrusrers in her leg and back armor and the two massive wings on her back, Raiku can fly at supersonic speeds. If she fully opens her wings, she can enter her High Mobility Aerial Tactics Mode (HiMAT), which greatly increases her aerial mobility, making her able to dog fight effectively.
>Lightning Empowerment<: Raiku is able to absorb large amounts of Lightning to supercharge her and her abilities.
>MMI-GAU2 "Picus" 76mm CIWS<: Mounted in the armor on the side of her head, the pair of MMI-GAU2 "Picus" 76mm CIWS guns have a high rate of fire but poor penetrating power. Thus, they are mainly used to intercept incoming missiles and enemy at close range.
>Lupus Beam Rifle<: Fires highly co concentrated green beams at a rapid pace, able to pierce armor. When not in use, it's stored on her rear waist.
>Laminated Anit-Beam Shield<: Mounted or Hand-held on her left forearm, this shield can reflect and block almost any Beam attacks
>Xiphias Railguns<: Two railguns mounted on her hips that discharge golden bolts that resemble lightning and can be rapid fired. When not in use, they're folded into three parts and hang on the hips.
>Balaena Plasma Beam Cannons<: A pair of powerful plasma beam cannons located in the wings, they are positioned over the shoulders when in use. Amongst Raiku's ranged weaponry, the plasma beam cannon has the highest firepower and longest attack range. When not in use, this cannons fold back into the wings, becoming a part of them.
>Raiden Full Burst Mode<: The name of the attack mode in which Raiku uses her beam rifle, railguns and plasma beam cannons all at once. This mode is often used together with the Multi Lock-On System to destroy large numbers of enemy at once and sometimes, she'll use the Picus guns as well. However, despite its power, Full Burst Mode can only fire in a forward direction.

Weaknesses:
• Raiku's Raiden form is extremely fast, almost too fast for her to control.
Raiku is cheerful and outgoing, upbeat and generally exhibits a positive attitude. Possessing a friendly demeanor, she is easy to talk to and tends to be playful and mischievous. Deep inside, however, Illya is lonely as she has no friends her own age to play with. While her personality got more unstable and cold-blooded due to the unacceptable treatment her father gave her, she keeps the kindness inherited from her mother and elder sister deep down in her heart.
