Chapter 2: Exposure from an Enemy

...

[Y/n]: DAMN IT!!!

You hit the wall in anger and frustration, anger in letting the bastard that killed your sister, the one thing that was on the top of your Kill List get away. But also...how weak you were.

As the fight went on, you could tell that Pennywise was playing with you, that if he wanted to, he could kill you.

But there was something that could kill him...

...Yet you couldn't get it.

That beam you did back then was probably the only way to kill IT, but the thing was it came when your emotions went to the extreme. Yet your emotions for the past Month were DOUBLE! SO WHERE WAS IT!?

Sighing in frustration, you suddenly felt a hand place itself onto your right shoulder. Flinching, you moved away from whoever was close to you,  but it was just Gary, looking concerned for you.

It wasn't just him, everyone was looking at you concerned.

Looking back to Gary, you sighed, before your expression turned downcast.

[Y/n]: (Gritting your teeth) We found him, Gary...

Gary: (Moving closer to you) I know, bud. I know...

[Y/n]: We had him, Gary, I had him. If i was j-just a little stronger, maybe i could have beaten him! (Tears slowly building up) If-if i just been stronger, i might've...i-i could've-...

Wrapping his arms around your body, Gary brought you into a hug and rubbed your back. Without any dawdling, you hugged him back, burying your head into his shoulder as you silently let your tears fall, only letting out tiny gasp as the reality that this one chance slipped away came to you.

Waddling closer, H.U.E outstretched his arms and hugged you as well, after him was Mooncake, and after him was KVN, and after him was Little Cato.

After a little while, they all let go and moved back from you.

Gary: [Y/n], look at me.

Gary said, which you hesitantly did. When seeing your brothers face, you saw that his expression was nothing but serious.

Gary: (Stern) For what he did, for what he said, we're gonna take that guy-clown thing down, do you hear me?

[Y/n]:...Yes.

Gary: (Nods) Okay. But first, we need to fix up the Ship, and take a rest. AVA?

AVA: Yes?

Gary: How much, uh...how much damage did the Ship suffer?

AVA: Hm...

Popping up several screens, AVA showed the Team-Squad all the destruction the Fight caused.

You winced as you look at the destroyed walls of the ship, remembering how you were basically the only one to cause damage, if you forget about the gunfire.

Little Cato: Uh...

Hearing Little Cato's confused voice, you turned to him, before looking at the screen he pointed at.
