Chapter 21

Ninny's POV
I put on some clothes and got my ripstick. It was about 9:3O so I decided to ride to Starbucks like I used to with Hayes. I walked in and ordered our favorite drink. "Grande Caramel Frapp please." I said and looked up to meet eyes with Nash."Holy $h1t! SYD?" he screamed. "who the Fug is that?" I said acting clueless. "Oh um sorry, you just look A LOT like my best friends sister." he said and looked down "I really miss her..." he said. "Well um cool can you get my drink now?" I asked. "YEAH! sorry you just got the same thing her and my little brother got everytime they got Starbucks. Oh geez I need to check up on him!" he said. "Wait can you sit down and talk with me. I mean I don't wanna get in your business, but I kinda wanna hear some more. And tell me more about this girl." I said. He told me sure, but he had to call Hayes first.
Hayes POV
Nash called me and told me that this girl that looked just like Sydney was at Starbucks and that he wanted me to get off my suicudal butt and get up there. I told him no, but he begged me so I finally gave in. I changed into my shirt that was her favorite one, and I put on some khakis and vans then left.
Nash POV
I finally got Hayes to come up here. When he walked in ,who I found out was Nina, looked over and said "I'm gonna go to the bathroom." She got up and walked past him even though he wasn't paying attention. Then, he walked towards me. "Was this just some lame joke to get me out of the house?" he asked me "No dude I swear she literally just walked past you when you were ordering." I told him. "you're such a li...." I cut him off," listen all I need you to do is sit outside and text me some questions for her to answer. I wanna make sure if it's her or not." I said. He said ok and sat outside a couple chairs away from the window Ninny and I were sitting at.
Ninny's POV
I saw Hayes and instantly felt happy. 'No Sydney!' I told myself I needed to act natural. "I'm gonna go to the bathroom." I told Nash. I walked right past him, but thankfully he didn't see me. When I got in the bathroom I decided to pull up my hair because I never used to do that. Then I put in my greenish colored contacts and put on some makeup. I finally finished and walked out. Nash looked at me and said, "Woah..." "What?" I asked. "Nothing." he said. Then he started telling me about Myself... I guess I'm pretty, smart, funny, and very athletic. Then, he started getting texts and asking me questions. I answered them truthfully and he finally said,"Well if you want you can give me your number so we can talk more later." I said okay and put my number in his phone. "Bye Nash!" I yelled as I walked out the door. "Bye Nina!" he yelled back. As I turned around I hit someone, and he fell on the ground, spilling his drink all over me and himself. "OMG IM SO SORRY I REALLY AM I WASNT PAYING ANY ATTENTION! Here let me help you!" I said. I looked up and met the ocean blue eyes of Hayes Grier.
