As chief Hartley and a couple of officers were questioning cotton sidney and Jake were outside with Hallie and Dewey
Sidney: that shouldn't have been Randy

Sidney: okay I should call his mother
Dewey: sid I already made that phone call are you okay
Sidney: stop treating me like glass Dewey I'm not gonna break

(As chief Hartley comes out as Dewey goes up to him )
Dewey: what's going on
Chief Hartley: I have to let him go
Dewey: why
Chief Hartley: we don't have anything on him
(As cotton walks by Sidney and gives her his card)
Cotton: Sidney if you change your mind
Jake: take a hike cotton before a punch you again (As cotton leaves)
Dewey: sorry about that what a creep
They're going to take you both somewhere safe sid Jake
Sidney: yeah where's that
Hallie: I don't know but I'll be there with you guys
Chief Hartley: we should get going we'll take you both to your dorms and you both can pack some things we've issued a campus lock in this evening
No one's allowed out after dark okay
Jake: who's doing this Dewey
Sidney: yeah I mean if it's not cotton then who
Dewey: I don't know guys but I'll find him
Cut to later that night as the two detectives are associating Sidney Jake and Hallie to a safe house for their safety
Hallie: so where are you taking us anyway
Detective #1: if we tell you we'll have to kill you (chuckles)
Detective #2: don't ask don't tell
(As Ghostface appears and brakes the window and killed one of the detectives as Ghostface grabbed the other detective and slams him into the door as Ghostface gets into the driver's seat and starts the car as the other detective is still alive As he points his gun at Ghostface)
Detective #1: out of the car Fucker
(As Ghostface hits the gas as the hits the detective to the front window as Ghostface drives like a maniac as he hits cars as he drives them into a contraction site as two giant metal poles come out as it hit the detective in the head killing him as Ghostface is knocked unconscious as sidney Jake and Hallie are still in the backseat)
Hallie: is he dead
Sidney: I don't think so he's still breathing
Jake: he's just unconscious
(As Hallie sees the detective with a pole through his face)
Hallie: is he dead
Jake: oh God I think so
(As the three look for a way out of the car)
Hallie: how are we supposed to get out of here
Sidney: well we're not supposed to its a cop car
(As sidney sees that the pole made an opening in the gate as she and Jake and Hallie tried to pull it out As sidney goes through first as she tried to open the door in the passenger side as it wouldn't open)
Sidney: we're jammed up against a wall
Jake: crawl over him
Sidney: okay
Jake: I'm right behind you
(As sidney crawled over Ghostface as he is still knocked out as sidney tried to take off his mask as she accidentally pressed on the horn as it goes off as it didn't wake Ghostface up as she tried again but couldn't get it opened)
Hallie: try the window
(As sidney went through the window as Jake went over and did the same thing as they went to the backseat door to open it for Hallie which didn't open)
Jake: shit
Sidney: damn it
Hallie: get me the fuck outta here sid Jake
Sidney: we can't the door's jammed you have to go through the front
Hallie: oh no fucking way
Jake: Hallie do it
Sidney: go on Hallie go
(As Hallie goes over Ghostface and through the window as sidney and Jake help her out )
Hallie: come on let's go let's go
(As the three run of until sidney stops )
Sidney: Hallie Jake Hallie
Hallie: what
Jake: are you okay
Sidney: I wanna know who it is
Jake: okay I'm going with you
Hallie: oh no come on guys please let's just go
Sidney: we're going back
Hallie: look look stupid people go back smart people run we're smart people so we should just get the fuck outta here
Jake: Hallie we're sick of running
Sidney: if we know who it is
Hallie: no we can just get the police then it's over
Sidney: and when we come back he'll be gone it'll only take a minute
Hallie: sid Jake no guys come back
Jake: we have to do this
Hallie: guys come back shit!
(As Jake and sid walked towards the car to find the driver's seat empty)
Jake: shit!
Hallie: what
Sidney: he's gone
Hallie: what
(As Ghostface appears and grabs Hallie and stabs her in the chest killing her as Jake and sidney run off as Ghostface ran after them )
