Liv POV
it's been a few days since I've been back home. Vinnie's been trying to call me but I honestly don't even know what to say to him. My step mothers been driving me nuts and I really miss Dan. I wish I could've stayed with him for longer. If only someone didn't fuck it up.
I get a call from Vinnie but I don't pick up. He probably just wants to apologise but I'm not ready to hear his voice again. I go into the shower. After I'm done, I go make some breakfast when I get a text from Vinnie.

Olivia. Please call me. It's urgent. I swear.

Uh okay.
I call Vinnie.
"Hey what's wrong?"
"It's Dan. He got into a car accident like right now. They've taken him to the ICU. I'm on my way to the hospital."
"Fuck. Fuck. Please update me as soon as you find out."
"Liv can you come down here? Please? Dan needs you. I need you."
"I'm looking for flights. What's the name of the hospital"
"Midtown, it's right next to the taco bell we went to"
"Thank you Vinnie. Please keep updating me"
"Bye"

I book myself a flight which leaves in approx four hours. I start packing.
*A few hours later*

I land in LA and make my way straight to the hospital. I go to the reception and ask them for the room number. They inform me that Dan has been shifted from ICU and he's already doing much better.
I make my way to the room when I spot Vinnie coming down the hallway. We look at each other, with tears filling both of our eyes. Vinnie opens his arms and i immediately run to him. I wrap my arms around his waist and he wraps his around my entire upper body. I didn't realise I was crying. I mean I had been an emotional wreck for the last week so like..? Vinnie calms me down, wipes my tears, holds my hand and takes me to Dan's room.
"He just woke up, he was asking about you." Vinnie said, his voice trembling.

I look at Dan and pull him into a hug.
"You scared me Dan"
"I scared myself"
"What happened?"
"Drunk driver crashed into me but hey I'm glad that was an excuse to bring you back here"
"Hey! You know I needed a break from mr hacker"
"Hello? Im right here. I don't blame you tho, I fucked up"
"Liv, you and vin have to sort this out. For my sake. Please."
"Im gonna head out" says vinnie as he leaves.
"Dan idek what to say to him. I'm not gonna say anything to him unless he apologises."
"Oh yes you wait for him to apologise. He's been miserable all week. He told me he's in love with you."
"Bitch what."
"Oh sorry. I wasn't supposed to say that."
"Oh my god we met two weeks ago how can he be in love. imma go find him"
