After two years~

Jisoo's POV

"Does it hurt when I press here?” I watched Eun Woo talk to the little boy with soft tone, pressing the younger's chest. The little boy shakes his head in response while Eun Woo nodded.

"Does  he have any allergies?" He face the couple infront of him while removing the stethoscope on his ear as he wrapped it around his neck.

"He doesn't have" the mother answered, Eun Woo clicked a smile as he stood up, placing a hand on the kid's head.

"I'm going to prescribe you some antibiotics." He smiled at the kid as he let out a chart and gave some prescription to the parents.

"Please do buy this, we'll examine him for the next three hours if there's some changes on his condition" He smiled at the couple as he pays the father's shoulder excusing himself about to leave the room.

"Dr. Kim" he greeted in a half while I chuckled

"Dr. Eun" I teased back, he shook his head as we both walk to the hospital hallway.

"Hectic day?" He asked, I glance up

"No. I was paged earlier for surgery and there's nothing came after" I shrugged

"Let's have dinner then" he suggested, I smiled through the idea

"Kol~ where at—" I was interupted when the emergency room's door sprung wide open causing both Eun Woo and I to look at the direction, nurses are hurrying to enter the three stretchers containing three people who was badly hurt by just the look of the messy blood.

Eun Woo and I look at each other as we nod and rushed to the arrived patients. The emergency physician checks the patients as I quickly move as well and Eun Woo.

"What happened here?" I asked, Dr. Lee the physician answered.

"Car accident, Areum Kim and Junkyu Kim, broken leg and internal bleeding" he stated while I wear my gloves while Eun Woo behind me.

"How long—"

"Doctor Kim!" I turned back when a nurse called, while they're assisting the last patient, Eun Woo look at me.

"I'll handle this, Dr. Lee call the incharge General Surgeon, ready the O.R-5" he command, while I made my way to the other patient.

"This is Yesoon Park female, "ped struck" (pedestrian struck by car) at high speed, found unresponsive at the scene, intubated in the field (the breathing tube placed immediately by the paramedics),neurologically a GCS (Glascow Coma Score) 6T (other numbers can go here depending on the severity of the injury), with a right pupil fixed and dilated." Dr. Hong stated, I nod my head checking the patient pupils.

"Pulse?" I asked, ripping the patient's shirt

"Pulse 50, BP 180/100." She alertly answered

"This is bad" I whisper to myself as I face them  "Give me 1mg/kg of mannitol. Get a Head CT stat. CBC, Chemistries, Type and Cross for 6 units FFP and blood products, 14 pack platelets on call to OR." I command, ranning to the E.R

"Doctor the Head CT results 1cm acute subdural hematoma over the right frontoparietal convexity, with 12mm of right to left midline shift with uncal and transtenorial herniation." Dr. Hong stated, while the nurses and I are hurrying to enter the O.R with the stretcher where the patient lying.

I stopped for a while "The patient's family?" I ask

"They're on this way" she said, a family approaches us after a minute.
