Alue's POV:
I huffed at my parents. "Seriously?" Not only do I get sent back to Mobius, but this time, I get to school there.
"Your brother and sister'll still be there." Dad points out.
"Sure, but Eric's at work, and Mariè will be at Bio." I grumble.
"So you'll be alone for a bit." Mom ruffles my hair, that I was trying to braid.
I curse in my head. "Your fault!" I finally hiss. "You sent us away. You had Eric home school us elementary. I know nothing about Mobians, because you said."
"That is enough!" My dad spits back.
"Ever occur to you how our world is different to theirs? How about everyone here has cat genes? Or we all use magic?"
"And?" He asks.
"And? Here, you cannot be different. Here, we are all pure breeds. There, different, is discriminated." I glare at him. "Not my fault if I don't come back."
I slam my bedroom door behind me. Unbelievable.
