October 31st in the Dining Hall, discovered by Professor McGonagall and Louis Willow.
Why was Cho not at a party? Draco Malfoy convinced her to meet him in the hall to talk and to convince her to sleep with him.
Who and Why? Draco Malfoy because she refused to sleep with him or show him any sort of affection as she liked Cedric instead.
Blaise Zabini
November 1st in the Library, discovered by Irma Pince, the school librarian.
Why was Luna's wand beside Blaise? Percy wanted to frame her, and forced Fred to seduce Rosa into stealing the wand from Luna at Breakfast.
Why was Blaise in the library? He took a liking to the school librarian and would often go and pretend to study just so he could be around her.
Who and Why? Percy Weasley because he wanted to outkill Draco and those he was close to to establish dominance. Percy wanted power and weakening Draco gave him more.
Ginny Weasley
November 2nd in Slughorn's room, discovered by Professor Slughorn.
Why was Harry's broom beside her? Not to frame him but instead to show that the murderer knew they were in love and killed her dispite knowing. It was also used to distract attention from other details.
Who and Why? Draco Malfoy because he wanted Ginny to like him but she was in love with his enemy, Harry.
Draco's Owl
November 2nd in the courtyard, discovered by Draco Malfoy.
Who and Why? Percy Weasley to weaken Draco more and to gain power for himself.
Rosa Rainberry
November 4th in the Investigation Room, discovered by Michelle Lovegood and Juliette Nott.
Why was there a poem beside her about love? Draco wanted to give it to her in hopes that she would be flattered by it.
Who and Why? Draco Malfoy because she didn't like him.
Voldemort
November 7th outside the castle, discovered and killed by Harry Potter.
Louis Willow- Attacked
November 8th in Snape's classroom, discovered by Snape.
Who and Why? To weaken Michelle.
