Later on, Wendy was right back where she started. The cage, maybe this cage was the best place for her at the moment. Wendy sighed she was so frustrated she felt like she was going to explode.
Wendy hugged her small legs into her chest and dug her head into the space between her knees.
Faint footsteps could be heard and they got louder, sounding like they were coming towards the cage, Wendy quickly wiped her red teary eyes with her hands. She would not let Pan see her like this, weak and defenceless although she truly was.
"Wendy." A voice called, it wasn't Pan's sinister voice it sounded like Felix's.
"Felix?" Wendy quickly rubbed her eyes and looked between the bars of the cage.
"Are you alright?" Concern filling his voice.
"I'm," Wendy started, "I'm Fine."
The minute she said those words, 'I'm fine' the tears came flooding back, "No, I'm not alright. I'm sorry I'm a stupid girl."
Wendy blubbered, salty tears running down her red cheeks.
Felix knelt down on the dirt covered ground beside the cage. Peering in between the bars.
"You hit Pan, and that was not wise Wendy." Felix started
"Please Felix, I had good reasoning."
"Explain."
"He said I was his play thing, that's why I'm here, I don't want to be treated as a toy,Felix I want to go home, see my brothers, get married, grow old and have a family. I don't want to be Peter Pan's toy."

"Wendy, just stay strong for a while more, Pan won't keep you here forever. He'll become bored and eventually find another to toy with."

Felix put is large hand through one of the openings between the bars.
"You'll be fine, I promise."
Wendy grabbed onto Felix's palm.
It was warm and felt much larger than her small childish hand.
"Why are you being so kind to me?"
Wendy asked curiously.
"Because you interest me, i haven't met a girl for quite some time maybe that's the reason."
Wendy laughed, "Really now? You haven't met any other females?"
Felix gripped gently onto Wendy's little hand. "None except you, Wendy."
"Felix." Peter's dark voice called from a tree that was close to the cage.
Felix released the birds hand and stood up. "She was crying Pan, it was annoying, I had to stop it somehow."
"Leave, I need to speak to our guest." Peter ordered, while shooting a glare at Wendy.
Felix stood silently obeying Pan's orders and in the minute he was gone.
"I believe we need to have a little chat, darling." Peter spat, while his lean body lay against the tree where Wendy had heard his voice.
"About what to be exact?" Wendy asked oblivious to what had happened at skull rock.
"The way you struck me, not wise bird." Peter taunted.
"Oh of course that, I did that for a good reason naturally."
"What is this "reason" Wendy?" Peter lowered his brows, signalling he was getting serious.
"I don't need to tell you, you could care less about my reasons or what I think, just leave me be."
"Tell me your reason," Peter stood away from the tall pine and slowly ambled to the cage with a eery aura surrounding him.
Wendy looked at the boy through the bars of her cage, her heart started beating like a drum and Pan was the drummer boy.
"Or do I have to force it out of you?"
Pan kneeled beside the cage his dark face peering in to look at Wendy's frightened one.
Wendy couldn't speak, her throat was suddenly dry and her reason for the event had quickly slipped from her brain.
"I can't wait all day Bird." Pan said impatiently, while gripping his one hand on the top of the cage.
Wendy swallowed the lump in her throat.
"I wish to not be treated as your, your play thing." Wendy muttered, fiddling with her dirty white nightgown.
Pan chuckled darkly.
"How foolish of you, dumb thing to cry over don't you think, bird?" He smirked.
Wendy's body filled with rage once again, and her hand turned into a face. Never did any boy make her feel like this. It annoyed her, he terrified her yet annoyed her to the point where she wanted to break down and just scream. But he only got satisfaction with this, her frustration, her annoyance, her pain, her being terrified and Wendy knew that.
Peter stood from his kneeling position , "Bird, would you like to come out of your cage?" Pan asked.
"No thank you, I'm feeling a bit under the weather." Wendy lied, but she did feel sick but not in that way, she felt like her stomach was turning but not in a sick way.
"I can make you feel better," Peter knelt down onto the dirt beside the cage once again and started to open it.
"I can make you feel, a lot of things." He said with hungry eyes as he opened the cage door.
Wendy shook her head, "No Pan, remember it's not in the cards for you, or me." Wendy reminded him.
He ignored her and grabbed her small wrist and pulled her out of the small enclosed space,
"Oh, did I say that?" Peter smirked at Wendy's uneasy face.
"Oh please Peter, you're embarrassing yourself." Wendy mentioned.
Peter pulled her close to his body.
Wendy's heart beat out of her chest, she hated herself for feeling so uneasy around this beautifully psychotic youthful boy.
Peter leaned over, so his lips were by the birds ear. Wendy felt her skin crawl, and her body go beet red.
"Teach me, the things adults do when there.. Alone." His British accent was whispered. The feel of Peters breath on Wendy's ear made her quiver.
Wendy swallowed her pride, "Absolutely, not Peter!" Wendy raised her voice pushing the boy away from her.
Peter stumbled backwards, but he found this rather intriguing.
"Oh bird, don't be so cold." Pan smirked while walking close to her.
Wendy shook her head, she was getting annoyed, embarrassed, scared and frustrated so many emotions were packed into her she had to let them out, or she would explode.
A tear, a tear rolled down the delicate bird's cheek. Wendy noticed her actions and that she was shedding tears. Her hands covered her eyes and at that moment Wendy had given up for today.
She plumped down onto the forest floor, hiding her tears behind her hands.
Peter raised a brow, unsure how to act in this situation. He saw how his Lost boy Felix stopped her sobbing.
Peter knelt on the forest floor and gently grabbed her hand from her face and placed it in his. He did exactly what Felix had done.
"What are you doing?" Wendy stuttered, sniffling slightly.
"Stopping this nuisance." Pan muttered under his breath.
Wendy shook her head and removed her hand from his, "You are truly the only nuisance right now Peter Pan." Wendy stood, sniffling a bit more and dusting her slightly white night dress off.
Wendy rubbed her eyes, and started to walk away from the foolish boy.
"Wendy, where are you going?" Peter asked curiously.
Wendy ignored him, in all honesty she didn't care anymore, he could say anything he wanted to her but from now on she wouldn't think anything of it. She would do what Felix had said, be strong and Peter will be bored eventually.
As Wendy disappeared into the forest, Peter's eyebrows narrowed. She had ignored him, and Peter had a bad temper and Would not tolerate such behaviour. Peter turned around walking back to his camp, and the boys.
