Chapter 4

"It's the small habits. How you spend your mornings. How you talk to yourself. What you read. What you watch. Who you spend your energy with. Who has access to you. That will change your life."

My hands were on her waist. I liked the sparks that I felt when our skin made contact. But I could feel it only on my lips and tongue. I wished she would retract her costume so I could feel her skin with my hands. Our tongue dance stopped. Our lips lost contact and our faces were a few centimeters apart. The rest of our bodies in close contact.

I could feel her racing heart.

I was lost in her deep brown eyes.

At this moment, in my world, it was only her.

This is heaven. Luca's voice pointed out what I was feeling in the moment.

I lifted my right arm and touched, softly, her left cheek. I was stroking her left cheek with my fingers.

In a low voice, I told her the revelation I had.

"You are my heaven." Her eyes clouded and her next move made my heart skip a beat.

She put her hands around my neck pressing her lips on mine. I moved my right hand around her waist and brought her body closer to me. I licked her lips. She moaned and her body trembled in my hands.

I focused on our kiss. I wanted to show her how much I needed her. She was the only one for me now. Yes, I had a few she wolfs in my bed. But none made me feel this way.

Our tongues started to dance in their own rhythm.

ROGUE Luca screamed and I opened my eyes.

What I saw made my heart race. I was afraid. But not for me. I was afraid to lose her.

Yellow teeth were a few centimeters away from Sarah's head.

"NOO" I growled, letting out my aura.

I moved my hands to catch the rogue head. But time has expanded.

I could see in slow motion how his teeth encircled her head.

My hands weren't moving fast enough...He...He is....

But in a millisecond her hair was covered by her magical costume and millions of thin black lines were in the rogue body.

I was satisfied when I saw the rogue become tiny pieces. And felt drops of blood on my face.

I smell more of them. Luca told me and I lifted from the ground.

I growled when I saw the five rogues running to us. I put my body in front of Sarah and shifted in my silver wolf.

They surrounded us. Snarling and growling. I wanted to attack them, but I was afraid to leave her side. I couldn't attack five rogues at once.

I growled and mind-linked the werewolves I knew would be guarding this part of my territory.

I growled and showed my teeth to them.

"Let's have fun" I heard Sarah's excited voice and I lifted my wolf head to see her. From head to toe, she was covered in her suit. Even her fingers and face were covered, I could only see her eyes shining. When our eyes met she said " Don't worry, I can handle a few wolves. Show me your power Alpha." And she winked at me.

I let Luca take control. And jump on the biggest from the group. I squeezed my jaw around his neck. And I squeezed until he stopped moving. They dared to interrupt my sweet moment.
