Does being human in DXD is wrong? Arata didn't think being human is wrong. He knew the disadvantages of being human yet he choose to remain as human but the truth is, he isn't a normal human either.

Arata Sato is a human being you can find on Earth. He's different than most people, he's handsome!
Of course, that's not all. He's a reincarnated person who knows that the world he's living in is an ecchi anime which he doesn't care about.
He's a carefree person who knows no danger nor cares about danger. But don't underestimate him, he isn't an ignorant human. He has power that seems to have no limit, that's why Arata's power attracts Ophis.
His fate is no longer safe when he stepped on the Kuoh Town. But of course, who needs safety when you are strong to defend yourself?

Arata stares out of the taxi's window with a bored look. He's finally in one of the places he never once thought of settling in.
Kuoh Town, the town where major events take place. Arata chooses this location for a variety of reasons...The main reason is that Arata can live free in his deceased uncle's house.
He's already 18, so he chose to live alone. He decided to be independent while still searching university to study.
Finally, he arrived at his deceased uncle's house. He got out of the taxi and, with only his backpack filled with his necessary stuff, entered the house.
The house is dirty, which Arata hates because he doesn't like dirty places. You could call him a clean freak.
Arata groaned as he found that there was no broom in the house. He felt so lazy walking to buy a broom, but that isn't the only problem. He isn't familiar with the place, which is a drag... for Arata.
Don't get Arata wrong, he isn't lazy... maybe a little, but you couldn't call him a sloth. He just doesn't want to waste time doing complicated things without an easy way out... wait, isn't that lazy? Fuck, you could just call him lazy or whatever.
Before Arata decides to buy a new broom without knowing the exact store location or just live in a dirty house, an angel descends... or appears.
"Ara~ Ara~ are you our new neighbor?" A voice sounded behind Arata's back.

Arata turns around to see a woman with a beautiful face and brown hair. Arata slightly bows to show respect which is common in Japan for young people to show some respect to the elderly.
"Yes, I'm Arata Sato, I hope we got along as neighbors." Arata introduces himself.
"How polite~ I'm Miki Hyoudo, I hope we do get along. Ah! By any chance are you Hideo's relative?" Miki ask.
"Yes! Hideo is my uncle." Arata answered.
"I see, I heard that Hideo-san passed away a month ago. Sorry for your loss." Miki said sorrowfully.
