Hello, sorry that I haven't been around lately, lots of stuff has happened to me in the last week and I went through the stage of not wanting to write and not feeling like its worth getting up in the morning. However, I feel so much better than I have lately. Especially due to the Christmas season coming up. I hope your all doing fine and I want to deeply apologise for my absence. I hope I can make you guys happy with my stories and writings. I hope you really do enjoy this chapter and I am truly sorry.

Reader POV

It was a couple of hours before the destruction of the Dawn Winery, I had to admit, Diona's little plan had some flaws, but with the help of the others it was now flawless. I couldn't wait to see my dads business be run to the ground. 

In the meantime, I was getting all of the things I needed to prepare me for the night. Pyro Slime condensate, Pyro Whopperflower essence and lizard tail. These ingredients make for a perfect ignition fluid. A sexy stolen spear I stole from one of the Mililith guards in Liyue, It felt like a dream to steal something from someone without them knowing, it was a shame though, he was only new to the guards, and now he'll be given the hook. I also got a new outfit, however it was just a mix of one of my dads old waistcoats he gave to me and a pair of trousers I had. 

For now, I was sat in a tree resting for the big night I had ahead. However, I had a brief thought about something, more so, someone. Bennet. I was scared to talk to him after what had happened in Dragonspine. I didn't want his bad luck to be passed on to me even though I know that could never ever happen. I felt more so like my own disgrace of a father with every day I think of him. But... I tried not to let my selfish fathers words plague and infect my ideals. I was deathly scared of something happening to Bennett or me or both of us if we were to face of to him together. After thinking of the blonde haired male again, he suddenly appeared.

"Hey Y/n!" He called out to me.

"No." I jumped out of the tree and started to walk away.

"Please, Just one second." He fell to his knees and begged.

"Just one." I looked back at him."

"I'm sorry for what I made you do. I want to apologise." He started to cry.

"Is that it?" I huffed.

"Please, can we try to rekindle our relationship. Its just...Your the only person I feel close to, like properly feel close to." Bennett sobbed.

"Even if we tried to, the logs have already been doused in water." I felt kind of bad saying that.

"Well then. Chuck those logs out and ignite fresh ones." I saw Bennett had a small smile on his face.

"Alright then, One last chance." I sighed.

"Thank you Y/n." Bennett stood up.

"Are you coming with me or not." I replied.

"Oh! Right!" The blonde male ran after me.

A couple of hours later.

It was time to meet at the Winery. Precisely at 23:00 hours, we gathered to initiate our final act on the Winery. Everyone had arrived on time and Diona started to give the brief.

"I shouldn't have to explain your roles again. We all know what were doing and we need to do it precisely and quickly. Y/n, do you have the fluid?" Diona looked at me.

"Yep." I handed a container of lighter fluid to each of the groups. 

"Great, now, you need to douse your given areas in this stuff. After I give the signal then you set it alight." Diona smiled.

"Hey...um...What's the signal again?" Bennett asked.

"When I whistle that's the signal." The young girl huffed. "Now, were already behind schedule. Get to it!"

Me and Benny had split off from the group to head to the grape fields. Bennett almost stumbled into a guard, I pulled him back.

"Shit, they might have heard about our plan." I whispered.

"So? What are we going to do now?" The blonde asked.

"Fuck the bastard up." I kneeled and proceeded to pounce.

I struck behind the guard and choked him out with my spear. Another one appeared and charged towards me. Running towards him I channelled my visions energy to the tip of my spear, I purposely missed and struck the ground, thick spires of ice shot from the ground. 

"Right, now that's done with, can we get on with the task in hand now?" I flipped my hair back.

"Already done." Bennett smiled. 

"Wow... maybe you can do something without fucking it up." I giggled. "Lets just sit down and wait for the signal.

"Sure." Bennett Replied. 

We sat down and watched the vines together. Bennett then asked.

"Y/n?" He asked.

"Yeah?" I replied.

"What if something goes wrong?" I gave a confused look. "I mean like, what do we do if we're found out? Like if we're caught?"

"I'm not sure, but I'm starting to second guess this thing." I told him. "I suggest we leave for Liyue Harbour, try save enough money to be smuggled into Ritou or somewhere like Fontaine. We could lay low for a while and maybe start a new life there? What do you think?" Just as I said that I heard a cry from my old house.

"We've been compromised! Set it ablaze!" I heard Diona scream.

"Stay right there you two!" I heard the Acting Grand Master yell.

"Bennett, on my cue, run." I whispered. "NOW!"

Bennett and I sprinted for our lives, he did set the grapes on fire though so that was good. But now I had to worry about my life. I wasn't going to prison not yet, I haven't even experienced anything yet. I'm still young and deserve to live!
