The next day, I showed up late. My first class was with Louis, and I couldn't face up to the fact that I hurt him.

I was walking to my locker when I saw that he was talking with one of his friends.

"Hi Louis." I said. Was he even going to speak to me?

"Hey Al!" he said back to me cheerfully. That was weird.

"I'm sorry about yesterday. I didn't mean to be so..so mean." I told him.

"So this is the girl you were talking about?" Louis's friend said.

"Ya. Al, this is Harry. He's one of my closest friends." Louis said.

"Hi Harry. I don't know many people, but I think I've seen your face before." I said smiling. I was trying not to be mean again.

"He was with us yesterday," Louis said. "Hey Harry,"

"I was just leaving." said Harry with a grin on his face.

Once Harry was gone, I opened my locker and put my books inside. When I closed it, Louis was right in front of me. Very, very close.

"I'm sorry about yesterday. Again, I didn't mean to go off like that." I said trying to pull away.

Louis had one arm over my right shoulder leaning on the kickers behind me, and the other arm was sliding towards my waist. I was trapped, but I didn't feel like escaping anymore.

"You know, we have that history project that's due next week," he said in a very soft, sweet voice.

"Ya, I know. What about it?" I asked him. Right then I swore that his eyes could see right through to my soul.

"Do you want to come over to my house and work on it together?" he said to me.

"Ummm.."

"Its alright if you don't want to." he said pulling back a little. I hadn't realized how close he had gotten to me. His hand was resting on my hip, and he had his other arm on my shoulder.

"No, no I would love to!" I said eagerly.

"Great." Louis said with a huge smile on his face. Maybe I did like him. Maybe he liked me back.

I don't think either of us realized what we had done until Harry and Zayn interrupted.

"Sorry to break it to ya, but the bell just rung." Zayn said laughing.

"Was it the accent or the sexy eyes that got ya?" Harry asked Louis. I only then realized he was talking about me.

"Very funny," Louis said. We all started walking to class when suddenly Danni pulled me to the side.

"You kissed Louis?!" she yelled quietly.

"I guess I did." I admitted.

"Hahaha. So when is he taking you out?" she said.

"Not sure. But he's waiting up for me, so I gotta go. I'll catch ya round, ok?" I said.

"Alright. Good luck with Louis!" she said as we headed in opposite directions.

"So, when you wanna come over?" Louis asked me as soon as I caught up to him.

"Whenever," I said with a smile on my face.

"Got any plans for Friday night?" he said.

"Not that I know of." I replied.

"Great. Does six thirty work?"

"Yep. That sounds great!

"Cool! I'll text you the address. Got my number?" he asked me.

"No, sorry." I said.

"That's alright. Got a pen?" I gave him one and he wrote his number in the notebook I was carrying.

"Ok, cool. Now I can talk to you outside if school!" I said.

"Awesome. I'll catch ya later babe!" he said. He called me babe!

"See ya!" I called out.

In one day, I made up with a guy, I had my first kiss, and I set up my first date. It was a pretty good day.
