Ivy's POV "Ivy you'll sit next to Aubrey, Aubrey raise your hand" the teacher says. I turn to the class to see a girl raising her hand. I notice she's wearing a cheer uniform, I walk over and sit next to her, we both give small smiles. "Ethan you'll sit by Chloe, Chloe raise hand" I turn a bit and see a girl raise her hand.

"Hey" Aubrey says turning my attention to her. "Hi" I say "is he your boyfriend? You look great together" she says "uh no, we just met 2 minutes ago" I say. "Too bad, he's cute, if you like him or something I suggest you mark your territory before it's too late" she says pointing behind me. I turn and see Ethan and Chloe laughing, I feel a ring of jealousy. 'Wait why am I jealous?I just met him'. I turn back around and pay attention. Throughout class me and Aubrey got to know each other, I also tried to not focus on Ethan and Chloe. "And lastly for class today, I'm assigning partner projects" everyone groans. After sometime I finally heard my name "Ivy and Ethan, and finally Aubrey and Chloe". I turn and look at Ethan, he looks at me too. I see Chloe give me a glare then flashes a fake smile. The bell rang and we leave class, Stefanie was waiting by the door against the wall. "Aubrey this is Stefanie,Stefanie this is Aubrey" I say "hi" "hi" they shake hands. "Well I've got to go bye" Aubrey says and walks away "bye" me and Stef say. "Looks like your fitting in well" stef says as we begin walking to my next class "yeah" I say. (2 min later)we walk up to a classroom"I've got it from here, see you after class" I say "alright" she walks off. I see a janitors closet nearby and decided to go in there. The bell rings for class 'I'm hiding in here for class'. (10 min later) I'm on my phone when the door swings open, I jump and see a girl not even close to the door to open it 'huh?'. "Oh! I'm so sorry" she apologizes "it's fine" I say still confused. "Aren't you a little short for a janitor?" She looks to the side and Ethan comes walking up. I stand up and walk out a bit to the door. He looks at me " it's nice to know I'm not the only one trying to hide out on the first day of school" he says and turns back to the girl "oh no, I-I wasn't hiding, I-I was..um..uh looking for the principals office" she stutters. "Well your in luck, I'm new too but I'm pretty sure—" I cut him off "he's right behind you" she turns around quickly. Ethan walks around her to leave and I decided to follow him to make an escape. As soon as we were out of hearing range Ethan decided to speak up "why are you following me?" "Because" I say not thinking of something. "Because...?" He stops and turns to me "because..I couldn't have Mr.Saltzman seeing me hiding when I'm basically friends with his niece, it'll make me look bad" I basically rant without realizing. He has the 'woww' face "don't look at me like that" I say and he stops "well you didn't have to follow me as long as you did" he says smirking. "Fine" I walk away and I feel his eyes on me. I head to the bathroom, I go inside and go to a stall. I finish and grab my bag, I flush and hear a girl enter..crying?. I exit the stall and see it's the girl from the janitors closet. I go wash my hands "hey, you ok?" I ask and another girl exits another stall. "Boy problems?" She asks, I dry my hands "uh yeah" she says, I could tell she was lying. "He's kinda a troll" "oh my god, say no more, we'll fix you up and make him jealous, I have an extra shirt in my locker and I've got hairspray, lip gloss and new eyeliner" she says. 'Wow' "maya" "Hope" maya turns to me "uh Ivy" I say "thank you" Hope says. "Weird question, um by any chance have you noticed a weird smell coming from somewhere in the school?" Hope asks looking at both of us. "I think everyone has, the boys locker room" maya says "no lie there" I say and begin walking out "no touch up for you?" Maya asks me. "No, I'm good" I walk out and walk down the hall, I turn the corner and bumb into someone "I'm sor—" I see it's Ethan. "Oh it's you" I say with attitude "wow your starting to have attitude with me" he says. "This is the 5th time today dude" I say, he starts walking away "then let's make it end"he says,I follow."Well it's fate,second we need to talk about the project" I say "there's nothing to talk about, we meet, do it, go our separate ways" he says. (5 minutes later) it's almost lunch and he's still being difficult. "Oh my god just let it go" he complains, we arrive to the guys locker room and the bell rings. He enters and I still follow him in with guys following in too. I go in front of his locker and block it "yes of course, we'd love to have you try out for the team, all are welcome, but certainly just go to class" Mr.Saltzman tells Hope in here. Hope goes to leave "are you going out for kicker or are you just stalking me?" Ethan stops Hope and turns to look at her. She stops and looks at him, she chuckled "me stalking you? I think it's pretty clear who's stalking who here. Besides if I went out, it'll be for QB1" she walks off. He smiles, almost blushes. I get mad and jealous. The rest of the guys in here go "ooooh" I glare at them and they all stop eruptingly. He turns back to me "your house at 4:00" I say "fine" he finally agrees."Perfect-I pull out a sticky note-here's my address, phone number and call me when your coming to pick me up" I shove it on his face and walk out. I hear whistles on my way out.
