Jenna reads and reads and reads. Her eyes bursting with tiredness. Her neck and back, full of pain from sitting in the same position. Jenna, tired as ever finally finished the book. "Finally" she says with a quite voice. She puts it all away under her bed but keeps one key out. She decided to take another glance at it, despite the time. She tries scratching it, rubbing it, but nothing. All that was visible was the word FAMILY. The book did not tell her many clues. She repeated the sentences in her head, when suddenly she realized it was a poem. Not paying attention to the key, she leaves throws it on her bed. She gets the book out and reads aloud, "so, so my darling it is time, you find out about or FAMILY, I know that I will have passed by the time you read this but in order to raise just like another, you have these keys here for each other. Think of it like a puzzle. Each one of these keys has a lesson to life, each one of these keys will give you a right. But a have just one key and just one book. Now you must find the rest and look. Each key comes with a book, they need each other, the book has a lock which needs to be opened by the key." She tries processing line by line but she doesn't understand, she eventually is so tired she goes to bed and thinks her thoughts.
The next morning she wakes up, to finding Ms. Sarah holding the key. Jenna, with a startled face thinks to herself "Oh my why did I leave the key on my bed, it must have fallen when I put up the sheets". "You will not get this key back, oh no no no, you will not. Not u until you clean the attic. And don't worry because no one that ever went down there came back alive" Ms. Sarah says while Jenna struggles to comprehend what's going on. Ms. Sarah throws a broom at Jenna, lucky enough that she catches it. She immediately is escorted to the attic. She clearly sees that this dump hasn't been cleaned in years. Jenna, shivering like a dog that is about to go the vet, approaches cleaning it. She cleans and cleans for hours, without anything trying to kill her..... Yet.
When Jenna is almost finished with this torturing job. She turns around to see a man, a man in a leather black jacket. Jenna says politely " excuse me, but I'm cleaning". Jenna, not seeing his face goes closer and repeats. " excuse me, but I'm cleaning the attic" he looks up at her, she now looks at his face and sees the scares. The scares of a fighter. He smiles and then cracks his knuckles, but by the time he came closer to her, she was already screaming. She immediately slammed the door, ran down the stairs, and galloped like a horse to Ms. Sarah. Out of breath, Jenna says " I finished cleaning the attic". "Very well but will you get me that floral tea pot that's on the left side if the staircase?". Jenna knew that that was a demand and NOT a question. Still trembling with fear, she nods her head and starts up the staircase again. She attempts to open the door with silence but all she gets is a load screech from the old wooden door. Jenna, scared half to death peeks out to see if the man is there. The man is no where to be seen. Not thinking, she leaps forwards and runs to the pot, grabs it, and starts back to the door when all of a sudden she bangs her foot against a sharp piece of metal. She is thrusted forward onto the dusty uncleared floor where her eyes meet blood stained black shoes. Jumping up and then facing the man face to face, Jenna relished it was the same man, with the same scars, the same bloody shoes, and the same smirk. She glares at the black piece of metal and immediately grabs it. She stabs the man, blood splattering about, she runs for the door only to be bewildered by the sound of a gun shot. She keeps running and gets down to Ms.Sarah. Jenna throws the vase onto the couch in which Ms.Sarah was resting in and dashes for her room.
