In the middle of an party, Yiren is just drinking on her fruity cocktail while watching the people dancing on the dance floor. Then he spotted someone with great chisle features and a sharp jawline that cuts through reailty.

He noticed her looking at him and made his way towards him.

"Hi, you must be Yiren." 

"Um... yeah, how do you know who I am?" She asked, curious. 

"Your boyfriend has told me all about you and I just need to see you in person, even know he told me not to just yet. My name's San." San told her.

Then she figured that this is one of Hongjoong's friends. 

"Wait, you're San? You're even more handsome in real life." She said, shocked. 

"Oh jeez, I don't know about that." He rubbed the back of his neck.

And so, as time passed, the more they talked and spent more knowing about each other, the more they realize they have a lot in common. 

They got tipsy at the end of it and left the club. San insisted on taking her back to her place so no one would do any funny business, which she polietly agreed as they pulled up a taxi. 

She talked to Hongjoong about meeting San and how they instantly clicked the moment they saw each other. She thought San is very friendly and super cool too. 

Hongjoong is happy for the two for them because if there's one thing that he loves the most, it's his girlfriend and his friends. 

But soon.... the more time time they spent together, the more his jealousy is growing day by day. He knows that they're just friends, but he couldn't help feeling this way.

On a sunny day with the boys, she cuddled with Hongjoong until San popped up from nowhere.

"Hey, Yiren! Wanna come with me?" San asked.

"Sure, where we're going?" She asked. 

"Some friends of ours got a brand new pool and are having pool party now!" San told her.

Her eyes sparkled with excitement as she heard this amazing news. Quickly, they went hand in hand and dashed to the pool party. 

In the morning, she streched and had some lovely breakfast that Hongjoong cooked for her. Then her phone buzzed in with San's called ID. She squealed and placed in her ear excitedly.

You wouldn't believe this when I say this. 

What? Is it anything bad? 

No, everything's good. The brand new game has just been released, we have to go to the store before anyone else, otherwise itwill be out of stock once we get there!

She gasped, totally forgot about the new game that's coming out. 

Alright, I'll be there ASAP!

She hung up the phone and left the table and Hongjoong all alone. He watched her as she headed up to get changed and freshened up. 

In ATEEZ practice room, San invited her for some dance practice with the boys. She watched as every member moved accordingly to the songs before having a break. 

Luckily. she's carried some stuff to help the boys regain their energy before they practice more. San grabbed a bottle first and took a sip, quenching his thirst. 

"Oh man, I needed this!" San wiped his mouth, "You're a lifesaver. An angel from above even!" 

San ticked her sides, making her squeal. She tried to push him off since he's drenched from sweat and super stinky, but he doesn't care. 

Hongjoong, on the other hand does. He saw how much fun the two of them have together and left the room with a solemn expression. 

All members and her looked up as the door closed.

"What's wrong with Hongjoong hyung?" Woo asked.

"Yeah, he never leaves the room like that before. If anything, he looks pissed." Jongho wondered. 

Instantly, she felt bad over he's acting like that. She and San have been spending so much time lately, she didn't mind the fact that he would feel left out. 

"I'll go and talk to him." She said, getting up. 

She went all the way to the studio with his headphones on and eyes focused on the screen. She can tell that he's pissed at her from hanging out with San. 

Carefully, she tapped his shoulder cautiously, but he seemed to ignore it. She knew he wasn't listening to music, he's ignoring her. 

"Joongie, talk to me please." She said, removing his headphones.

He sighed contendly and looked at her. 

"I don't like you with San together." He confessed, "You guys pretend that I was invisible, like I wasn't even here. You're supposed to spend time with me, I'm your boyfriend.... but you chose San over me...." 

"What? That's not true!" She stated, "Wait, are you jealous of us hanging out?"

His eyes averted everywhere but her own as he looked for an excuse.

"Okay, maybe I am." He told her. 

"Joongie, I'm so sorry you felt this way. But you must know that I love you and only you. Besides, San's great, but he never has those amazing songwriting skills like you do. Or share all the times that we kissed and made love to each other. No one could ever take your place in my heart and you know it." She carressed his face. 

He smiled sweetly to her as he puts his hands around her waist. 

"I do. And I forgive you. Please don't be mad for being jealous." He closed his eyes. 

"I can never be mad at you for anything, my pirate king." She stroked his hair.
