The reason Ruv is considered a runaway criminal:
When Ruv's mom died he ran away to America from Russia and he lived on the streets for a while (about 1 month with only the water a gentleman had given him since he was only quite young and was really weak and ill) until a kind lady named madam Ella-Rose May Rosemary with a horrible son, called Josh Rosemary (who was good looking but mean, silly and naughty) and Ruv was once in the backyard being yelled at by Josh and there was a random flash of green light (OH NO I'VE BEEN READING TOO MUCH HARRY POTTER-) and Josh was dead. When Ella-Rose found out she wasn't as upset as she should have been as she knew her son wasn't the kindest. But the cops still came and Ruv ran away and he didn't say good by to Ella-Rose but he just said "Thank you" for everything she gave him, then ran away, and Ruv never saw Ella-Rose again.
