WRONG CHOICE

" beginning of new chapter"

After freshening up, Y/n found herself feeling tired, even though she hadn't done much physically. Sara struggled with the weight of her bag while unpacking, exclaiming in frustration. Meanwhile, Maria, immersed in her studies, asked Y/n to unpack for her so she could focus on her upcoming exam.

Y/n agreed to help Maria and began going through her belongings, reading Maria's class notes in the process. With Sara and Y/n finished unpacking, Y/n's hunger started to kick in, and she expressed her desire to eat something. Sara, feeling both sleepy and hungry, opted for a nap instead, asking Y/n to wake her up in an hour. Y/n agreed and watched Sara settle comfortably on the bed.

Turning to Maria, who seemed unusually focused on her textbook, Y/n wondered to herself when Maria had become so serious about her studies.

Y/n went to the kitchen
Mr lim was already there.
Mr. Lim asked Y/n if she needed anything, and Y/n replied that she wanted to make something to eat. However, Mr. Lim reassured them that she didn't need to worry and offered to make the food for them, suggesting that she might be tired. Y/n insisted that it was okay and expressed their eagerness to help by making the food herself, accompanied by a bright smile. Mr. Lim hesitated, expressing concern that if Jimin found out, he might lose his job. Despite this, Y/n persisted and eventually convinced Mr. Lim to let them help.
Y/n, holding the spoon as a makeshift microphone, engaged in a conversation with Mr. Lim about his experience in the house. Mr. Lim chuckled and admitted that it could be both good and scary at times. Intrigued, Y/n asked for more details about the scary aspect. Mr. Lim explained that Jimin could be dangerous when he was angry and rarely listened to anyone during those moments. Y/n, curious about the other members, specifically mentioned Jungkook and Taehyung, asking if they were also scary. Mr. Lim quickly reassured Y/n that both Jungkook and Taehyung were the complete opposite. He described Taehyung as a mood-maker who didn't care about what was happening around him, while Jungkook, despite being younger, was responsible, smart, and excelled in various areas. Y/n, having listened attentively, was about to respond.
Then a voice interrupted.

Jungkook walked into the kitchen and casually asked Mr. Lim if he could make something for him to eat. As he entered, he noticed Y/n standing there as well.

Mr. Lim: Oh, Jungkook! I was just about to make something for you. And yes, Y/N is here helping me out.

Jungkook: That's great! Thanks, Mr. Lim. And hi, Y/N. What brings you to the kitchen?

Y/N: Hi, Jungkook! I was just having a conversation with Mr. Lim about his experiences in this house. He mentioned that you're responsible and good at everything.

Jungkook (laughs): Well, Mr. Lim is too kind. I will try my best. But hey, don't believe everything he says. He's just being nice.

Y/N: I'm sure he's telling the truth. It's always interesting to hear different perspectives. By the way, I didn't know Taehyung is such a mood maker. It must be fun having him around.

Jungkook: Oh, Taehyung is a bundle of energy. He knows how to lighten up any situation. We're lucky to have him. And Jimin, well, he can get a bit intense sometimes, but he's actually a really caring person.

Y/N: It's good to know. Each member brings their own unique qualities to the group. I'm grateful to be able to spend time with all of you.

Jungkook: We're glad to have you here, Y/N. And thank you for helping Mr. Lim with the cooking. We appreciate it.

Y/N: It's my pleasure. I enjoy being a part of this household. Now, let's get back to making that food for you, Jungkook. Mr. Lim and I have got it covered.

Jungkook: Sounds great! I'm looking forward to it.

Y/n and JK: Wow, it looks tasty!

Y/n and JK exchanged glances and burst into laughter. They took their seats, and Mr. Lim served them the food. Y/n stood hesitantly before taking her first bite and excuse herself. Run upstairs to fetch the girls down.
Y/n: Maria, the food is ready. Come and have it.
