Morning After

As the morning arrived John & Nikki where still soundly sleeping in each others arms until Nikki woke up. She slowly opened her eyes letting them adjust to the brightness in the room she tried to get up but soon realized that she was wrapped in two huge muscular arms. Not wanting to wake him up she slowly looked up and her heart stopped. She couldn't believe her eyes. Was she really in bed with John? All these question ran through her head. Why was he in bed with her snuggling? Why is he shirtless? And most importantly did they sleep together? She tried so hard to remember but she couldn't it was like everything that happened the night before was a blur. She needed answeres.

But as shocked and mad that she was a part of her couldn't help but feel safe in his arms. Eventhough she would never admit it to herself there was a small part of her that was attracted to him but since she's been hurt so many times in the past it was hard for her to let anyone in so she decided for the time being to focus on her carreer.

After Nicole stared at him, for what seem like forever, she finally snapped out of it when she noticed John move a little so she started to nudge him until he woked up.

John: Morning

He said as he sat up with her and stretched his arms

Nikki: Uhmm morning did we uhm...

John: No we didn't ! You would be naked if we did

He said with a smirk

Nikki: You're basically half naked !

John: Yes and it won't be the last time you see me like this either !

Nikki: And why is that?

John: When I wrestle or when we go to the beach or something

Nikki: Okay you have a point

John: When I make love to you !

He said as he pulled her down with him and layed her on his chest

Nikki: You keep dreaming !

John: I'm surprised you're not pushing me off

Nikki: Yeah well I have a killer headache and this feels kinda nice besides I'll have plenty of time to yell at you later when my hangover is gone

John didn't question her and just kept holding her close. Nikki layed there for a while until her phone started to ring which was like a horrible noise to her so she hid under the pillow as John laughed and picked up her phone without checking who it was.

John: Hallo?

Brie: Uhh John?.. Why do you have Nikki's phone and where is she?

John: She's here next to me hiding under the pillows because the noise of her phone was killing her

Brie: Oh I see... And why excactly is she in bed with you?

John: Well you see...

Before John could finish that sentenced Nikki yanked the phone out of his hand and gave him a dirty look and answered her phone

Nikki: Hey Brie !

Brie: Hey I was worried about you last night when I saw you weren't in bed so I figured you were with John... and I see I was correct !

Nikki: Ha Ha I don't even know how I got here !

Brie: Well where are you so we can meet up I have so much to tell you !

Nikki put the phone down for a second and turned to John who had got up to use the restroom

Nikki: What hotel are we in? She yelled

John: Marriot !

Nikki picked the phone back up and put it against her ear

Nikki: I'm at the Marriot

Brie: Ohh shoot ! I think our hotel is like on the other side of town

Nikki: Ok so what do you wanna do then?

Brie: Well our flight leaves in about 3 hours so why don't we just meet up at the airport and we'll talk then?

Nikki: Yeah that sounds good !

Brie: Yeah so you could tell my why you're in bed with mr. John Cena !

Nikki: Ugh ! I'll see you later bye!

Brie: haha yeah yeah byee !

Nikki hung up the phone and layed back down on the pillow. John walked out if the bathroon and sat next to her

John: So since you're not leaving for a couple of more hours do you wanna uhmm.. maybe have breakfast with me?

Nikki: Uhh yeah sure

She figured she might as well he did take good care of her the night before and she could also ask him excactly what happened and why they ended up in bed together.

John: Okay great

He said with a huge smile on his face

John: You can go get ready first !

Nikki: But I don't have any clothes with me

She suddenly remembered. The only thing she had was the dress she wore the night before but she didn't want to go out this early in the morning in such a short dress

John: Uhmm lemme see

He said as he got up to look through his luggage. After a short while he pulled out some leggins and one of his 'you can't see me' shirts

John: Here you go !

Nikki: Do you just carry womans clothing in your bag like that? She said taking the clothes as she walked to the bathroom and stood at the door facing him

John: Actually no I don't ! Their from some friend they got mixed up with my stuff by mistake

Nikki: So your girlfriend I suppose?

John: Ex-girlfriend actually

Nikki: Why did you guys break up?

John: Because I have my eyes on someone els !

He said looking her straight in the eye which made Nikki feel a little uneasy.

Nikki: Oh is that right?

John: It most certainly is !

Nikki: Anywayyyy... I'm going to get ready

She said as she turned around and closed the door behind her

After Nikki finished getting ready she walked out the bathroom in the black leggins & shirt and John eyes immediatly landen on her

John: Wow you look gorgeous !

Nikki: Oh shut it ! She said as she turned away so he couldn't see the small blush forming on her face

John: No I'm serious I never knew someone could look so beautiful dressed so simpel

Nikki: Umm thanks I guess, She said full out blushing now

John: I'll go get ready now I won't be long

He said with a smile and walked in the bathroom. Nicole sat on the bed thinking about the man in the bathroom. "Does he like me?" "Am I starting to have feelings for him?" She thought. His words "Because I have my eyes on someone els" replayed in her head. She pushed all of these thoughts out of her head as she finished putting her shoes on.

As promised John didn't take long getting ready. He came out dressed in a simple black shirt and some jeans.

John: Ready to go?

Nikki: Yes !
