Chapter 41- Well now that's a surprise!

Luckily I had set up the next doctor's appointment for the sonogram. They guys were so excited, and they all wanted to come. To say the room was crowded was an understatement, they had to move us all to a bigger room to accommodate the technician and the doctor in the room.

The technician started the sonogram and the doctor and her looked at the screen I briefly saw panic go across their faces. I squeezed Joons hand, "Give us a few minutes to get a good look then we will show you." the doctor said. The Technician and the doctor whispered back and forth before continuing the scan.

"Ok everyone we have a good picture here, are you all ready?" the doctor asked. There was an excited chorus of yes's, I grabbed onto Joons hand harder nervous to see the scan. The doctor then turned the screen, and I was floored.

"Wait! Are there three babies?" Yoongi shouted. All the guys were excited, "wait how?" I said to the doctor. After the guys all calmed down the doctor started to explain.

"So that's what took us so long to show you all. It looks like each of these babies is in their own egg, so there is a chance that they could have different fathers. We can do a test to find out the sex as well as the father but this isn't unheard of in Soulmate relationships like yours."

"How early can we do the test?" Joon asked. "Well since she's about 12 weeks now, we honestly could do it now if you all want." The doctor explained. The guys and I agreed, the doctor popped out the room to get the instruments for the test.

The test was relatively painless and the guys all gave some samples so we could find out, the test would take about 2 weeks to come back so we all decided to wait for the results before telling the families. While Jiwoo knew she didn't know there was three in there so at least I had that surprise for her.

The two weeks felt like years, the guys were all excited and couldn't wait to get to the doctor's office. We all are waiting in the room as I sat on the table for my checkup. The doctor walked in and began to check on the babies, we heard their heartbeats and measuring my belly to make sure I was progressing nicely.

Finally, he spoke up, "Now I know your all dying to know the results of the DNA testing. So I have them here if your ready." We all nodded nervous to hear the results.

"Okay! Here we go, Baby A- a Girl, the father is Jimin"

Jimin grabbed me into a big hug. "We are having a Girl Mel! I am so happy." He said with tears in his eyes.

"Okay, Baby B- a boy, the father is Jin."

Jin then came over to hug and kiss me, "Thank you Mel, you have made me so happy."

"Finally Baby C- a boy, the father is Yoongi."

Yoongi squeezed my hand and smiled lovingly at me.

The doctor left the room after finishing the exam and let us all celebrate. The guys were all so excited, "I can't wait to meet these babies." I said to no one in particular, then the guys all surrounded me in a group hug.

Now since we knew the only thing left to do was tell the families and world. To say I wasn't nervous was an understatement. I was panicking at little on telling the whole world. Joon reassured me that Hybe would help with announcing and that we would be protected so that the babies would be safe.
