"The operation was successful,Mr.Kim.",Dr.Richards said as he removed his mask and smiled when he saw everyone sigh in relief.

2 weeks had passed after the judgement and taehyung didn't waste any time to schedule the operation. Though the Operation was just a minor one, he felt really relieved when Dr.Richards took the initiative to lead the operation along with Dr.Choi.

"How is my koo,Dr.Richards? Is he alright?", taehyung asked, anticipating a positive reply.

"He's perfectly alright,Mr Kim. He's just under sedative. So he'll be asleep for a few hours. By the time we transfer him to his room, he'll be awake",he said as he eyed Jin who was hugging the now calm namjoon.

And yes! Jin has finally managed to make namjoon his boyfriend after the court hearing. Turns out that namjoon had liked the handsome doctor from the moment he saw him ie. From the time when Jin decided to pour all his love to him that one time when taehyung introduced the older male to him.

"Thank God! Thank you so much,Dr.Richards! I owe you one!", taehyung exclaimed and the doctor just chuckled at him.

"No mention,Mr.Kim.",he said as he looked at everyone who was teary eyed.

"Mr.jungkook is really lucky to have people like you in his life. You guys really care for him so much",he stated with a genuine smile.

"We're the lucky ones here,Dr.Richards. We're lucky to have such a sweet, selfless and caring person in our life", taehyung said with a small smile lingering on his lips.

"And I'm lucky to witness such a relationship from this close. ",He smiled as he looked around- yoongi was hugging jimin who was sniffling softly, Hoseok was trying to calm down a crying daniel while jin and namjoon were hugging each other with the utmost concern on their faces and taehyung? He was visibly impatient to meet the love of his life. He was indeed lucky. If it's not the case,he wouldn't have witnessed such a heartwarming scene in his life.

"He'll be transferred to his assigned room in less than 2 hours,Mr.Kim.",and chuckled when he saw his eyes lighten up instantly

"So anyway, I'll take my leave now. I'll come back when he's awake. Need to check up",with that said Dr.Richards left with Dr.Choi, leaving taehyung and his friends alone.

As soon as he heard that jungkook has been shifted to his assigned room, taehyung ran towards the said room and bursted inside only to see his koo on the bed with so many wires connected to his body, while his neck region was carefully covered by a thick white bandage as he breathed through a ventilator.

"Koo!",he called and ran inside, silently scanning the younger for any discomfort while the others stood beside him, looking at the bunny male with so much adoration.

"Do you recognise me? I'm your taehyung. Do you still remember me?",he asked which instantly made everyone in the room to roll his eyes.

"What about me!? Do you remember me, Kookie!? I'm your best friend nielie!",daniel joined and the rest of them were so done with these two people.

"Are you guys for real?",yoongi asked dumbfoundedly and couldn't help but hit them both on their heads.

"I can understand nielie. But what about you, tae?",yoongi asked as he shook his head in disappointment.

"Must be nielie's effect", Jimin mumbled and Daniel who was controlling himself from attacking yoongi was so ready to throw his hands at jimin.

"Wow! You people!",he cried while taehyung didn't mind the others and kept his eyes on jungkook who was looking back at him with tired eyes.

"What happened to Mr.Jungkook's friend? Why is he crying like a baby?",Dr.Richards asked as he entered the room with Dr.Choi tagging along but got startled when the said boy hugged him out of nowhere.
