"I'm home!",taehyung chirped as he entered the house, slightly startling jungkook who was busy doing his assignment in the living room.

"Still doing the assignments? By the way, why are you alone? Nielie went back home already?",he bombarded his husband with a series of questions as he sat beside the said male on the couch.

"He's asleep"

"Asleep? But didn't he come here to do the assignment with you?",he asked.

"We were doing it together in the bedroom. He was actually helping me but fell asleep just a few minutes ago. So I just came out so that he could sleep for a bit without any disturbance.",jungkook said as he looked down,shyly?

"That brat! When will he ever get the seriousness of life? He always roams around like the free spirit he actually is!",taehyung sighed, slightly worried about the future of the sleeping brat.

"No. Actually….I think that he's trying to study these days. He actually helped me in doing the assignment this time unlike the other days. He usually copies my work",jungkook signed,trying to save his only friend from the accusations, which were true to be honest. Daniel really helped him this time and jungkook didn't want him to be accused when he actually decided to be serious this time...

"Aren't you a little too sweet towards that brat?",taehyung smiled adoringly at the smaller male as he caressed his cheeks lovingly which made the said male to lower his head immediately.

"You've the purest soul ,my koo~ So precious that you deserve all the good things in the world!",taehyung overjoyed as he pinched the other's reddened cheeks lovingly while looking at him with pure adoration.

"Though I would not be able to bring the whole world right at this moment, I've brought something for you.",he said softly, still caressing the little one's cheeks who immediately looked at him in pure anticipation.

"Go to the front door,koo.",he chuckled softly at the anticipation of the younger and smiled widely when jungkook ran towards the front door. His smile grew wider when jungkook came running towards him in a hurry with a big box in his hands,immediately placing it in front of him on the floor.

"Something keeps moving inside the box! What's inside?",jungkook signed frantically with big eyes which made taehyung to chuckle softly at him.

"Why don't you find it by yourself? Open it,koo~",taehyung said and laughed when jungkook shook his head as a no.

"Koo~ just open the box,darling~ trust me in this~ ",he said as he ruffled the younger's hair and smiled when the said male started opening the box without further objections. 

As soon as the box got opened, a small fluff ball jumped onto the small boy's lap and to say that he was shocked was an understatement but as usual, no sound came out from him due to obvious reason.

"It looks like tannie likes you,koo",taehyung said as he smiled at the surprised boy who was looking at the puppy with wide eyes which was busy nuzzling its face onto his lap.

"Tannie",jungkook thought as he slowly touched the puppy's small head, instantly making him jump up and down happily.

"He's so cute",he signed with his eyes still glued on the energetic puppy with a small smile on his face. And taehyung who was witnessing everything couldn't help but tear up a little at the sight of his dear husband smiling unknowingly at the fluff ball.

"I've done the right thing by adopting tannie",he thought as he kept looking at the younger who was now petting the puppy lovingly and tried to tattoo the scene deep inside his heart.
