Xiao rolled over again, successfully laying on Venti again. "Xiaooo." Venti mumbled angirly. After struggling for a while, Venti freed himself from Xiao. Venti sighed and quietly debated going to the couch. Xiao mumbled something to himself, causing Venti to perk up. "Xiao?" Venti whispered. When he didn't get a response, Venti frowned. "Xiao." Venti said louder. Still nothing. "Xiao!" Venti hissed loudly, finally getting Xiao to wake up. Xiao sat up quickly, looking around the room, clinging to Venti once he saw the archon.
Venti noticed sweat dripping from Xiao's face, and realised what must've happened. "Another nightmare.?" Venti asked softly, wrapping his arms around Xiao. Xiao nodded, leaning into the touch. "It's okay." Venti mumbled, rubbing Xiao's back.
